If I could I would put 0 stars, we ordered two waffles and they was so doughy we couldn’t even eat them, they was late and cost £24, absolutely disgusting and would never order again. Can’t contact them by calling because they have there phone off which isn’t surprise I could imagine they get a lot of bad calls.

Got a delivery, only got half a cup of drink in it. Delivery was late. Could not get through on the phone by phoning up 100 times. Twice this has happened never again.

Visited today (24/02/2024) 2x adults and 4x kids. Fantastic service and prices. Great range of desserts for all tastes. No complaints from any of us.This is a smaller restaurant with not a lot of seating, so I would book in advance.

Have waited for over an hour for a simple order of ice cream, attempted to dial through 100 times before I gave up. Not sure how a place can be verified to operate as a franchise in anyway. Should be shut down. My kids were waiting on their desserts and had to go to bed. Is a disgrace to even take orders if they cannot preform the service. I repeat should be shut down. 0 star was generous for saying you can provide food and not doing it. Close it now. Right now. This second. Today.

Ordered through just eat waited 2 hrs nothing arrived went to shop they hadn't a clue where driver was after trying to contact Update WE ARE NOT GETTING A REFUND AS DRIVER IS STUCK IN TRAFFIC YET I DROVE THERE AND BACK IN 10 MINUTES now feel robbed

Ordered from Creams twice now on Just Eat, and advises delivery driver on way yet 30/45 minutes later still nothing. Try to contact Creams & phone ring just constantly rings. Not impressed, should have learnt from the first time I ordered. Recommend not to order from Creams, Sheerness
Shocking service yet again when ordering via Uber app. The last few deliveries have taken over an hour and the portion sizes have been getting smaller. Tonight after waiting 40 mins was called to see if it’s been delivered - some story about driver broken down - thought he order hadn’t left the unit. I could wait another 30 mins for delivery. Do yourself a favour and avoid !

Placed an order online and got a call shortly after saying that they were out of twix so we had to change that. Ended up having my milkshake upgraded to a large for free due to the shortage which was very generous and kind. Never had any issues 10/10.
