I have been to this Subway at Neats Court a few times, and gradually, the food and service have gotten worse. I usually arrive between 1 and 2 p.m., and they are already out of chicken...again! They told me all the meat was frozen. Meatballs are empty, and they are also out of wheat bread. Why open if you can't supply what's on the menu? The ambience is cold and uninviting. Staff look fed up. Often, just one person works alone. I won't be returning.

Ordered the food to then watch the so called sandwich artist wipe his nose with the back of his hand then continue to make the sandwich. When challenged and informed that he needs to bin the sandwich wash his hands and put on new gloves he took the fillings back out the roll then put back in the trays contaminating that food as well. He did chuck the roll in the bin. At this point he was asked to get the manager but apparently there was not one. We walked out at this point without the food. So if you ordered food from this subway hopefully you don't get ill.

Daniel the young lad is very polite and friendly and happy very helpful help to carry stuff to table and really pleasant young man total oppersit to the other guy who works there who was on his phone constantly and while sat in the shop saw him preparing a meal for delivery and had gloves on but halfway through preparing he went on his phone with gloves still on then carried on with somes food order.

Ordered a couple of salads to go with a bbq, one turned up lovely, the other with about 5mm of salad. Just eat where rubbish, refused refund so I’ll be going down there in the morning as closed early.We pay the same for a sub but with less salad, absolute trash

Subway used to be a great and affordable place to eat but not anymore. Cheap ingredients and massively overpriced. They don't even have all their salad in stock.

I've ordered food here 3 times for delivery and will never do it again, they never get your order right - either forget drinks, forget food or food that arrives has the wrong filling. I've eaten inside a couple of times, the tables often need a clean before you can sit at them and the hygiene behind the counter isn't so great either. The last visit will be my last, it was so bad we turned around and walked straight back out. No I do not recommend anyone eats here

They only ever have 2 vegan options. Sometimes only 1, when subway generally offer at least 4.Male server seemed friendly, female server was rather moody.Wasn't busy when we walked in, yet all the tables were dirty. There didn't seem to be any napkins within this subway as they were not on the side with the straws etc and we were not given anyway with out food.

Brilliant place to go in to takeaway for lunch. Food quality is awesome and always satisfies me. However, the ingredients can be limited as mostly everytime I have visited they have run out of something. Good and modern design inside and very hygenic. Friendly staff as well.
