Have always been a regular of this take away ordered again yesterday first time in a while and shall not be ordering again.Food was very bland had no taste, beef was a sloppy texture and crispy dunk dried out, nearly £40 for a take out and very disappointing must have a new chef.will be going else where in future.

Food was OK, Delivery was slow though and arrived 5 mins late but we enjoyed the meal, would order again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I ordered a takeaway from this restaurant which is literally down my road via Just Eat. The order never arrived despite the fact I was charged.I did my best to get in contact but they never pick up their phones. Utterly abysmal service and a waste of time/money!

Very poor food and looks dirty when walking past needs a good clean , when have ordered food is always late and do not inform you of this , have called up when my food has been a hour and a half late to be told you will get your food when our driver gets to you. Very poor customer service.

Dinner tonight for my daughter was awful, food was cold some had hair in it, delivery driver was rude and they didn’t seem to keen on answering the phone, overall not happy

Would give it 0 stars if I could, completely messed the order up, didn't want to co operate with sorting it out and the food that did turn up was poor anyway. Would definitely not recommend

Fantastic support to my 90 year old mum during the lockdown . She lives just down from the shop and they always deliver her telephone orders quickly and for free .The food is tasty and hot and the staff are always friendly when they deliver .Well done

Ordered at 18:10, said would be delivered for 19:40, it’s now 21:43 and it says it’s been delivered but hasn’t. Cannot contact restaurant as constantly busy but they have answered a few times only to hang up without speaking. I’ll be calling back for a refund.Turned up at 11 when I was asleep in bed. I did get the restaurant eventually but they said they never received my order only for it to turn up an hour later. Chips were burnt and soggy, chicken balls were soggy and dry, chow mein was ok.

Ordered via Just Eat App at 5.50pm on a Saturday night, said it would arrive at 7.10pm. At 7.40pm still no delivery, I had tried phoning them numerous times but was constantly engaged. Finally got through, left me hanging for over 5mins while they tried to find our order. Was told that they couldn't find our order, then they did and were just waiting for a driver to become available. I said this was no good, I wanted a refund but because via Just Eat I would have to contact them direct for refund, but they could offer us a discount instead. So we took the discount of 2 extra dishes with our order. Our Order finally arrived at 8.35pm,1hr and 25mins later then expected !!!We won't be using them AGAIN ??

Orderd my food off of just eat at 6pm was meant to arrive at 7pm. I waited then called to ask where my order was , I was then told that the food would be with us soon. We waited until 8pm then called back only to be told that the driver was not back yet and then they proceeded to say it will be here soon. We then called back at 8:30pm to complain about the wait and we asked to be compensated for the wait, they offerd a curry or a 10% discount on our next delivery. We took the offer for a curry as we will not be ordering from here again then they told us it was on its way and would be 20 minutes, I then proceeded to wait until 9pm then called back to ask for a refund then was told that the driver was two minutes away. I told them that I would give them another 10 minutes then I was going to go up there and get my money back or my food. Five minutes after that phone call the delivery drivers showed up the food was warm and as I was eating it I proceeded to find two hairs in my order. They missed out the extra curry we where promised they replaced it with a coke instead. They blocked the number attached to my just eat account after the first phone call, then I had to call off of a different number they blocked that, I then had to use a third number to call which they also blocked. I did not have a fourth number to call and tell them that the curry we where promised was missing. Will not recommend this stressed me out more than it was worth especially with me being pregnant, I had even mentioned on the phone that I was pregnant and said that it was unfair to wait that long for food.

Found a clump of hair in my food. Food safety risk. Late delivery. Only offered 10% off on next order... So effectively free delivery, I don't think so... had to go through just eat to make a complaint and hopefully will receive a refund. Waiting for the food to be collected as not going to even try to eat it. On the phone they were unresponsive, unapologetic and the manager I could hear in the background not really bothered by it. I work within the industry and situations like this have me questioning the effectiveness of their food safety plans.
