The food can get very messy. The environment is dirty and there are lots of flies flying about. However the service is quick and despite the presentation of the food is poor, the taste of it is wonderful!

Food hot, nice onion rings, and chilli cheese bites. No boxes for children's meals again, none from November 8th again begining of December and today 20th Dec. There is a poster to win national trust family pass. It says scan code on box so three times not available even the day after the start it goes on till January hopefully they will have some in. Also there has been a coffee bean poster saying chosen for you, they never have coffee. See photos

Cost them business as card only cash is legal tender won't be told how I have to pay. Another couple walked out due to same issue.Have senior management looked at the amount of lost revenue due to card only.

The manager decided to come out to the seating area and lay across the seats for a nap. Very unprofessional and quite off putting. Strange man.

I went here today with my family it was very quite so our order was taken and prepared very quickly. Service was great and to be honest it the best burger king I've been to in a long time. The food was cooked perfectly!(Highly recommend)

Unfortunately, very poor.Tried using an offer via the app, got told that the store doesn't accept 'click and collect' orders despite clearly advertising the app via marketing material on the counter and posters in the restaurant..Next, for the meal that I was able to order, I asked for no salt on the chips and was met with the response 'we won't add any extra salt on the chips' to which I decided to advise that I didn't want any salt at all and was advised they couldn't support this request. Won't be going back

Incredibly slow. No sense of 'fast food'. Food all over the floor, no-one bothering to clean it up. Took 15 mins just to order.... there were only 2 people in front of me. No-one seemed to know what they were doing.... hopeless....

Mix up with order due to app so had to take burgers back to counter. No one’s fault, just one of those things. Staff politely tried to correct then female manager in white shirt intervened. Spoke to me abruptly then to the staff member like he was five years old, in front of a queue of customers. Felt so uncomfortable had I not paid, would have left. Can’t imagine how the poor staff member felt. Really mean. Really unnecessary behaviour over a burger!

Yet again the only drinks is fanta or coke or tea mo milk shake of coffee as the speed of service just hope it dont get busy there the fries was ok but the blk was cold very disappointed with the meal
