Food virtually inedible,cold and as it was chicken you can't really reheat it in micro wave chips also extremely cold and inedible,will not use them again Ordered through just eat

We've been getting kebabs from here for a number of years, and they've been really nice, But tonight's were truly awful. The pitta bread was hard and stale, the lamb was tough, chewy and burnt, the donna meat was dry and over cooked and the chicken was dry and burnt. About the only thing that was okay was the salad and that has been better. Needless to say we're looking for a new takeaway.

We ordered food at 7.45 by uber eats and we didn't receive it till 9.10. When the food turned up, it was cold and there was chips missing from the wrap we ordered. When I called them to ask them for a refund, the man on the phone had a disgusting attitude. First of all told me I could get a refund if I came to the shop and when I said I couldn't, they told me they wouldn't be able to give me a refund because its through uber eats. I was then hung up on twice. Disgusting.

5 star is an understatement, food was excellent - felt like Ego out of ratatouille, pitta bread was not soggy from the fat, meat cooked, sauce was home made, chips were banging..... thank you halfway grill that was amazing.... best take way in a long time... shame i didn't find you sooner and look forward to our future together

We placed an order of one of the advertised special halfway grill kebabs, with additional salads sauces, chips breads etc. An hour past before we phoned the first time to enquire where order was, to be told 3 minutes away!!! After an additional 20 minutes we called again to be told the same thing!!! When I questioned on their statements and not wanting 40 minute old or cold food was met by rudeness and told to return the said food to the store before we even received it to find out if it was indeed cold. Totally and utterly shocking customer service and rudeness from the person answering the phone. I hope that you don’t have much competition?

I have used Halfway kebab and grill, for many many years, and spent a lot of money in there... but no more... apparently you only deal with "cash only" yeah right... like we don't know why! Well No thanks! You used to care about customers... clearly all about capital gains now! Shocking! Avoid!
