I had a meal from here last night . I’ve travelled all over India and love Indian /Bangladeshi food. Have not eaten a bought curry for a while but this was excellent . Rich fusion of spices in the Naag with extra green chillis as asked for . The sag was divine . Fresh .. piping hot and the chicken so succulent . Thank you ??

I only ever write a review if the service is really outstanding or really dire. I have before rated Masala Reef 5 stars and they are my go to takeaway favourite. Until tonight. Have friends staying who wanted an Indian takeaway and as I raved about Masala Reef, they were happy for me to order from there.Total bill was £75.70, ordered (Through Just Eat) at 7.02pm. Was advised delivery would be 8-8.20pm. At 8.40 we called to chase and was told another 10 minutes!When it arrived at 9pm, half the order was missing. No breads, no poppadoms and 3 mains missing.I rang again and the blame was put on the driver. No apology. When I tried to discuss options I was interrupted and told that I was shouting. This was not the case. I was informed that I would be refunded and the rest of my food would be delivered. I was refunded, but the food was not delivered. Thank god for Minster Grill who provided those that were missing a meal. Masala Reef can't cope with 'Just Eat' orders ,fact. Shame as they were brilliant .

Lovely food, great, friendly service on the phone. Shame about the delivery driver. Gave her £3 tip, she held out her hand whilst looking at her phone, said bye and walked away. Won't bother next time. Meal was only £20, made me wonder why I bothered.

I always order from here and never really had a problem don’t know if the chef is having an off day or it’s gone down hill but the food was oily to the point it leaked all threw the bag I had to ring up as they forgot part of our order there was no flavour, nam and some chicken was over cooked burnt and dry such a shame

I’ve ordered from here several times, and the food is ok but is consistently late - the latest takeaway took 90 minutes to arrive, called the restaurant after 1 hour and 10 minutes and a staff member nonchalantly told me it should be with me soon - not helpful at all - will not order again from here as 90 minutes is too long to wait. As a one off it’s ok but it always seems to take forever from this place.

Excellent service. I’ve ordered plenty of meals from here and had a great experience every time. Even when they missed something off my order they sent a driver up straight away with the missing item.

Just ordered a takeaway from Masala reef of off just eat and I am very disappointed my Korma you can tell it's been watered down it's tasteless and the consistency is very watery, I don't normally order from here and I have Korma all the time it's normally creamy, has flavour and thick texture wont be ordering from here again. stick to my local one.

I order from her probably once every two months or so, always good food!
I get the mid-week madness deal which is just fantastic value for money, always arrives fast, and hot!
Only complaint I could think off is that the potato in the Bombay potato is sometimes a bit under or over cooked. I think that's because sometimes the pieces are different sizes and I guess they just cook it all for one set amount of time.
