Walked in last week (lunchtime) and as I walked in the one & only member of staff walked out without even acknowledging me, he wandered off down the high street and didn’t come back ?, like a fool I waited for a bit but needless to say I too walked out. Absolutely shocking, the worst subway I’ve ever been in. No doubt that one will be shut down soon.

AVOID. One star is way too much for this place.Slow, rude and unhygienic. Go there if you're up for food poisoning.1) It took them 20+ min to assemble 2 wraps when there was only one customer ahead of us in the queue. We had to repeat the order several times throughout.2) I was asked 3 times, louder each time, "what meat do you want?" when we had ordered veggie wraps... when I pointed this out, the staff said they didn't know what were the ingredients of the menu item we ordered.3) The customer ahead of us had ordered a latte and I ordered a cappuccino. As we were eating, the previous customer returned and said that the milk wasn't right and exchanged it for a black coffee. No refund or apologies were offered. They didn't even check the milk in the machine. As I tasted my cappuccino, the milk was definitely gone and sour. As I complained, they offered to do another one but I declined.I had to tell them to throw that milk carton away before they give someone food poisoning. They finally took the milk out of the machine and the see-through tube that fed milk into the coffee machine was completely yellow inside. A new milk carton was placed but the machine nor the tube wasn't cleaned. No refund was offered.4) As we finished the meal, we decided to get the cappuccino refunded. We had to ask several times for a refund of the rotten cappuccino, when this and an apology should have been offered right away. We finally got it and dashed out of that place.

I come here after my last night shift every week with my best friend and have always had fantastic service. The employees, more recently Hasan, is always very patient, polite and our food is always great especially the cookies. The shop is always very clean and food very fresh.
Our food was fine, considering we ate it it wasn’t warm, went to get Pepsi max from the machine and it had bits in side. We watched them put the wrong sauce in someone’s food and meat in a veggie order and just scrape it from the bread with no gloves on ? the staff had THIER children running around the shop and it was fine but the children were sitting with us while the parents were talking and walking around. Strange place

Subway delivered to wrong address. They sent my order to the next street over. Which is about a 5-10 minute walk. So Someone got a free subway as it came up as delivered. I Spoken on the phone to an employe, they said they delivered it to the correct address. Then when asked they actually stated a different street name that they actually delivered it too. They then questioned whether or not send another one out. They debated not sending one out but they Finally did. They Got to the door and the subway employee said I should of walked over to the next road and asked for my subway myself. She was the same employee who was on the phone and said she delivered the 1st order herself!

Have been going here for years with no issues at all, until recently, ordered roast chicken with just bbq sauce, when I received it the sauce was completely wrong, had to throw away because of allergies and not knowing what was in it.Rang up very rude and basically told it was as ordered, fuming doesn't quite cut it. Definitely not going back now, would rather drive the extra distance to Queenborough next time.
