Not enough checkout/tills open. Self service tills are the only option (That takes peoples jobs as the customer does the job of a till person for FREE.)My bags are slightly heavier and upset the scales on the Self service till so I ALWAYS need to get a member of staff to clear the message (I always say sorry) They just grunt at me, like I'm in the wrong.I get items for work and myself (So I pay by card and Cash on separate orders) The Self service till has a BIG sign saying CASH & CARD.. But it only takes Card and member of staff says I should listen when the voice says "Card only" But I read the sign and queued to use that CASH & CARD till.Overall, I would recommend using Morrisons down the road. MUCH better service and the equipment (Self service tills) work.

The lovely young girl behind the cafe counter, she was very informative, very polite, made a lovely hot chocolate too! (Thursday 12.45)

Only 2 manual tills open this early afternoon when the store was busy, Morrison's for me now always have enough tills open to compensate the volume of customers, good bye Asda definitely going down hill

Pizza counter badly understaffed always one person having to try and do it all on their own, inefficient and unfair on poor sod running it and barely anyone on shop floor ??

Awufl cafe! Avoid! 1st they had nothing warm. Then no alternative milk. Then they took my kids slashies from table when we went to choose desert, throw it away and refuse to replace. After that i asked for tap water and waited 10 minutes to get it....i will be raising this with manager. Awful is understatement. This place would be better off being shut

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Asda pharmacy and was fortunate enough to encounter an exceptional pharmacist named Debbie. Despite facing a bustling shift with a queue of five people eagerly waiting, Debbie's commitment to customer service left me thoroughly impressed. From the moment I stepped up to the counter, it was evident that Debbie was a true professional. Despite the high demand, she maintained unwavering eye contact and greeted me with a warm smile that instantly put me at ease. Her ability to acknowledge each individual waiting in line, even amidst the chaos, demonstrated her dedication to making every customer feel valued. What truly stood out was Debbie's incredible multitasking skills. Not only was she proficiently processing prescriptions and addressing inquiries, but she did so with a level of grace and efficiency that spoke volumes about her expertise. It's not every day that you encounter a healthcare professional who can handle a busy shift with such composure and attentiveness.Debbie's customer-centric approach was evident in every interaction she had. She took the time to explain medication instructions, answer questions, and offer guidance, all while ensuring the line kept moving smoothly. Her patience and willingness to go above and beyond truly made me feel like my health and well-being were her top priorities. In an age where exceptional customer service can sometimes feel like a rarity, Debbie's dedication shines like a beacon of positivity. Her ability to juggle a demanding workload while still treating each individual with respect and kindness is truly commendable. My experience with her has not only restored my faith in outstanding customer service but also made me appreciate the crucial role pharmacists play in our healthcare journeys. If you're looking for a pharmacist who embodies professionalism, empathy, and an unwavering commitment to exceptional service, look no further than Debbie. Her ability to maintain eye contact, serve with a smile, and acknowledge everyone waiting during a hectic shift is a testament to her outstanding character and dedication to her craft.

I have been shopping at this asda for over 20 years, but since installing doors on the cold section the shopping experience has been a complete nightmare! Shopping takes now at least twice as long due to people waiting before they can see what’s inside the compartments- which from time to time steam up- so you can’t see anyway! Add to the workers with their trolleys getting in the way for online shops- it has now become a miserable experience to shop in asda Sittingbourne. And why oh why do they feel the need to keep moving everything around all the time!?!?!?!?!?!!!! It doesn’t make me want to buy more stuff- if anything I buy less because I give up trying to find what I was looking for in the first place! Ask a member of staff?- even they don’t know where things are because they tell me “everything keeps moving and it’s due to be moved again soon!”. The cost has also now increased- which you would think would decrease after investing money to in these fridge doors to save money on temperature costs / escaping heat! Even the meat produce seems to go out of date quicker from asda these days and the chicken is always tough! It was just listed on kent online as no longer being the cheapest place to shop! Won’t be around much longer if it continues to forget it needs customers to survive! I also find the asda app insulting- you spend £100 you get £1 return!??!??- why not scrap the app and take money off the food as you are discriminating against people who are not tech savvy! Won’t be shopping here anymore

The shop often has low or no stock of lots of items and restocking only seems to happen at night, very few people on shop floor to go and have a look. However the staff that are the there are mostly good and please give Cath who helped with my shopping on Tuesday 16th March 23 at around 20:45 employee of the month prize

Only 5 tills now when there used to be about a dozen. Only 3 were staffed. Took 20 minutes to queue to pay. Self service(which I hate) also rammed so won't be returning. Shall start using an alternative ?
