Came here for a family meal. Food always good. Great atmosphere and staff always friendly. My daughter said her chicken nuggets were the best ever so a complete winner ?

I come to the billets once a month with friends. We've always had a nice meal, never had any problems. Staff are always friendly. Only downside is the car park can be a bit of a squeeze if it's a busy evening & mens toilets are a bit smelly if sitting near them .

We have been using the Billet now for a couple of years when we come to visit family. We will be travelling down again in August with friends and will meet family in again. The staff are always fantastic and it its very much appreciated thank you all. The food is brilliant I’ve never had cause for concern. This is how a pub should be ran and people should learn from the best. In fact it’s that good we shall probably book for all 3 nights whilst we are in Sittingbourne. Another 10/10 from my family and I thank you ?.

Had a family gathering here, a lot of us turned up yet service was great. They had a large function on as well as a lot of us turning up but still delivered a great service with a smile. Marie, Sophia and Georgie were all amazing ??

Went here on the off chance of having dinner well I must say the staff very friendly and polite dinner was excellent great value for money the two for under £12 is a great deal Drink prices reasonable what you would expect to pay these days Overall very good pub

I visited the billet for the very first time since living in sittingbourne for 7 years and I wished I had been sooner. Amazing food, staff extremely friendly and helpful, clean, great atmosphere. Will definitely be back soon.

The Billiet is very much a home away from home, everything about it is amazing, very friendly staff and customers, always feel welcome, comfortable and relaxed! If you're not already coming g to The Billiet regularly you need to reevaluate your life choices!
Been in a handful of times, always seem to see the likes of either marshall or liv who are a credit to the pub. Staff in general are lovely and food is well worth the small price you pay. Overall a great pub besides from an older dark haired lady who was more engrossed in her phone and sitting with, what seemed to be a group of regular men then helping her colleagues. In general a good local pub with good food, will be back for more.

Quite possibly the best customer service we have ever come across and we eat out a lot! Came with 3 of our children, had a roast and the kids had pasta and sausage and mash. Food was absolutely beautiful! Well presented and the price is great! Really good value for money. But the biggest compliment we have is to the staff. They went above and beyond, constantly smiling, checking we were okay and at no stage did we feel a nuisance. Absolutely recommend and absolutely would return. Thank you all

We use to think this pub was a ‘lads’ pub but we have found it has a great family atmosphere! We are local and after our daughters football games on a Sunday it’s becoming a regular occurrence to pop in for a roast. The staff are very welcoming and polite, nothing is ever too much. We are very lucky to have such a lovely pub so close by!
