“Really lovely customer service from a gent - ordered via Just Eat for delivery. Within a couple of minutes from receiving my order I got a phone call saying one of the cakes wasn't in stock, he was very apologetic and offered me any other cake I wanted. Offering me a couple of other complementary items too for the inconvenience. A really lovely gesture.The only negative, is the croissant we ordered was completely raw, inedible. Might have been a mishap with the oven or something.Thanks again Greggs team ?.”

“Have been coming in on a Sunday after my shift at a near by restaurant for a few weeks now... The 2 gals that seem to b on in the afternoon are Soo welcoming and cheerful I had to leave a review ...today I came in and a lady with a few kiddies... ( Think she didn't say takeaway and couldn't close the boxes ) within a blink of the eye one of the gals helped it was ready for take away ... These gals are amazingly friendly and I will b honest I might even try nicking them for the restaurant I work in .... Loverly work girlys x”

“Very good customer service ?. Had lunch here with my granddaughter, but unfortunately I noticed when I got home I had been charged twice. I phoned & spoke to a nice gentleman whom apologised. I went back in & he was very apologetic & refunded me without no fuss. Just told him what i had brought which confirmed it all.”
