Poor customer service at drive through at Greggs Sittingbourne.Waited for someone to pick the order and no one responded both at the ordering point and at the till as well. This is the second time facing the issue.

Not a bad Gregg's bit slow but the price difference to a standard Gregg's is crazy because it's a drive through normal large coffee £2.85 but in this Gregg's same coffee £3.40 so when you get a few things adds up quite quickly! Also you always have to ask for a stirrers never just given one for your coffee ??♀️

Staff don't know what they do. Price confusing. Can’compare to the one in town.
Hate leaving bad reviews, but feedback is key. Few times visited now, didn’t review initially as they’d just opened so gave them the benefit. Not this time unfortunately. One of the worst Greggs I’ve ever been to. They are either under staffed or they are all just very very slow. No urgency at all from the staff and no thanks for waiting either! Basic stuff! Queues far too long. Pastries are always cold. More than 4 visits not once have the sausage rolls been hot. One time queued in drive through for 10 minutes to be told the sausage rolls would be ready in another 10 minutes when we got to the ordering. Bearing in mind it’s a bakery, sausage rolls should be constantly available and hot. One on high street is about the only one in Sittingbourne you’re guaranteed a hot pastry, petrol station is bad too. This drive through I would avoid at all costs. Seriously letting the ‘Greggs’ brand down.2nd visit. Told at drive thru 16 minutes for sausage rolls. Couldn’t wait that long but got stuck in drive thru as only one lane and they took nearly 10 mins to get thru. Joke

Love this little gem of a place. The staff here are so lovely and friendly. Even at 7.15 am when I drive through to grab a coffee and my lunch

After a whole day of work, I went for a cappuccino. The salesman who served me knew that the machine was broken and would not make a cappuccino. However, he sold me some lure with milk, charging me 3 pounds. I do not recommend this place, and the seller's professionalism was less than zero. He didn't even offer anything else or a refund. money maybe he should think about another place of employment, of course I left some of that, maybe he will take it home, let his family admire how wonderful a cappuccino can make, lack of words
Love Greggs !
Everything is always absolutely cold every
