Ordered for delivery on the website for 18:50. At 19:30 I called the shop to enquire where my order was and got told "I don't know boss, the driver said he's broken down and they wouldnt be able to deliver my order until 21:00. I placed this order at 15:55!Absolute joke, they didn't have the courtesy to let me know what was happening, very disappointed will NOT recommend this place to anyone.

We made the mistake of ordering from this place via UberEats without reading the reviews. When our six kebabs turned up I have never seen anything more disgusting in my life. The meat kebabs were full of slimy undercooked chicken with no salad and the vegetable kebab was oozing a liquid that looked like the stuff you get at the bottom of a bin all over the shop bought pitta bread it came with. I’m not going to bang on too much more about how absolutely vile this food is, I’m just going to put a couple of pictures up and you can make your own mind up about whether you’d want to eat this. Entire £50 order thrown in the bin without a mouthful being tasted as I don’t fancy catching dysentery. Oh, one other thing worth mentioning that when we spoke to them the girl who answered the phone said “not my problem” and hung up, and when we managed to speak to the “chef” he basically said he couldn’t care less. Oh yes, final rant, Uber Eats have refused to issue a refund despite us showing them the appalling reviews for this dump.

Made an order via their app, waited over 90 minutes for delivery, no food so I called them. The food wasn’t even cooked so I told them not to bother as it was getting too late to eat . I asked for my card to be refunded , which they couldn’t do ? I’ve now got to go in there tomorrow and get a cash refund . If you take card payments then you should automatically be able to refund when you’ve not delivered the service a customer expects. Won’t be using them again .

2 hr wait, I called to ask where food is and was told its on its way. 20 mins later I called to ask where food was and I was told its ready just waiting for driver. REALLY. Lie and lie again. I've been using this place for a long time. Not anymore. Terrible service for a regular customer. There are many other good kebab shops in sittingbourne. Such a shame. Waited over 2 and a half hours. Then lied to. You wont get a chance to lie to me again.

Just ordered £50 worth of food did not recieve any sauce what so ever in any of my 3 large doners and 2 quarter pounders. I specifically added note to the order as this has happened before but once again a let down. My kids did not end up eating half the kebabs and both the burgers still untouched as no sauces in the burger itself just cheese dry burgers. Really disappointed at this service once again.

Absolutely disgraceful. We ordered our food at 7.45pm and at 22.05pm we are still waiting. We rang and the lady who answered the phone was so rude. Threatened to cancel our order and ban us because we rang to see what's happening. Never ever use or recommend it

Chicken donner meat and chips was disgraceful..Can't say about the rest of the food but to be honest I will not be trying the rest of the food as the chicken donner was that bad..Chilli sauce was bland as well. No kick or punchy flavour at all.

I have always gone to this place and never had a problem until today. Waited over an hour, for half of my order missing, like salad and sauce. Chips were cold and soggy. And packaging was dripping with pure grease. Absolutely vile. Rang the place up 153 times (redial constantly) to talk to someone for them to be rude to me down the phone.

These guys are the highlight of lockdown for me. Kebabs are always hot and excellent quality. Orders always arrive either on time or early. Cannot rate then highly enough.
