That was the worst KFC I’ve ever ever had. It was absolutely disgusting. The chickenburger must have sat there all day and they still sold it. I had a job to chew it. It was disgusted never ever would I eat there again?Vegetarian options: Fuk this place

I highly do not recommend it. After several months, we decided to give it a chance again. The chicken was fatty, the twister wrap was not good and the mini filet was a comedy. Plus a killer price. And then they are surprised why people prefer to eat at Mac Donald's.

Useless. I ordered a burger and 3 pieces of chicken. Despite this restaurant getting orders of mine wrong in the past I overlooked checking my order before leaving. Sure enough, I get home and the chicken is missing. I tried calling but nobody answered so I had to drive back.I eventually get served by a surly disinterested youth who gets the chicken for me. No apology, nothing. Didn’t even crack a smile.From experience I should have known better and checked, but was I wrong to expect such a straightforward order to be correct ?

Service had little to compliment as its not at all personal service any longer.The order was missing coleslaw, fries and the corn had been re-stickered as clearly very old and inedible. Hot wings were triple breaded to allow for longer standing before being rejected.However, after 2 attempts on the telephone, I was offered a full replacement for future.

Awful service. We were the only car at the drive in. We simply asked for two fillet box meals with two extra pieces of chicken and requested thigh meat.Asked for two cokes one being diet the other regular.We received our order trustingly. No receipt given. Do no order number for the meal.Got home, no indication which drink was which, In asking at the window, she said she couldn’t remember. no extra meat, although was paid for. Fries were full of sage & onion salt. Fries were stale. Burger bun hard. No mayonnaise on the fillet, fillet was cold.On calling the store the only thing they said was ‘nothing they could do about it. No wonder no- one goes here. I should’ve known. If you’re hungry. Go to the island or Gillingham. They’re much better at service.

Ordered food as takeaway, and gave us the complete wrong food, ordered a mighty bucket for one, pacifically for the hot wings, but they gave us 8 mini fillets instead, which isn’t acceptable and defeats why we ordered the mighty bucket. Not happy at all and customer service was not impressive, it needs to be sorted.

What an absolute disgrace! By a reliable source the manager doesn’t answer the phone when they have not fulfilled customers orders! 31 calls later … no response! Head office you need to sort this out an sack your manager! At least when there was reliable staff the phone got picked up and orders were sent out.. if I could give less than 1* I would. Please feel free to call me so I can tell you of your clear lack of customer service and the training of your manager!

I ordered a fillet tower burger meal, got home and it was a mini fillet in a bun with lots of lettuce,not even a hash brown! The bread was soggy, asked for coleslaw and got corn on the cob it’s a joke!?And what sort of KFC doesn’t have gravey for god sake!

I simply cannot understand how something as simple as preparing what is requested can be so hard.I’m not sure what simpletons this place has hired but they don’t seem to be able to answer the phone either.Your better off going to Mac Donald’s over the road unless you want to pay for a random food choice by what ever idiot they have working today!Update: food was rancid, won’t be going near a KFC anytime soon
