We used the drive thru this morning and were pleasantly surprised, the staff were friendly and polite and the service was quick! Service like that is not as common as it should be, we'll done!

Why are all the female staff members with long hair not wearing hairnets??\\nJust been through the drive through to see 3 female staff members in the food preparation area with no hairnets one actually had her hair dangling all in her face.\\nMakes me wonder what else are they not doing when it comes to hygiene!

It’s McDonalds. Can miss items and not fill your ice creams and drinks to the top… but generally speaking the restaurant itself is pretty clean.

Everytime I go in to that macdonald's establishment recently I order off the app and they end up forgetting something and it's annoying and overall a bad customer experience because I give them the benefit of the doubt and did not check until I got home to find out something was missing :(\\n\\nTrain the staff better to make sure they get the orders right it's not hard I bet you could train monkeys to do the job better than the current staff and they would work for bananas.

Was actually a nice meal on my lunch with a friend have a catch-up. just a shame about the young idiots always causing grief in there. Security is good feature not that they can do much, but they bring a sense of safety to the customers I see but they need more support especially when the youngsters are racially rude.

Waited 15 mins for a big mac meal n apple pie ,order on screen but no 1 knew about it! Finally got the bag left the site drove up the road only to find no apple pie!! Returned and got pie ,no compensation for my waisted time, food was good once I got it....

Once again. Give what we pay for! Ordered McDonald's as a treat on Uber Eats. The order was on its way. Then a change of driver which ended up a man and not a woman as described. As I thought food was cold. You can't heat it. So where's my sauces, and the £1.89 I tipped for the first driver. And I ended up giving the second driver a £2.00 tip. Man...

Had eaten here before and was good but meal had no taste I had MC plant there was no taste and filly o fish no taste my partner had the fish as well and said the same we had just moved out and was starving it was all hot but no taste bland I think it all came to about £17.00 with coffees

Didn't make it through the door as the smell of cigarettes and body oudor from the delivery drivers blocking the entrance ruined my appetite.Disgusting
Took my two nieces for dinner as we didn't fancy the Brewers Fair menu. Everything was served to us at our table quickly, everything was correct, the food was hot and exactly as expected. The restaurant was clean and staff efficient. The internal tables and seats all looked new and clean. Sauce dispensers were kept tidy and clean. A good McDonalds.

We’ve never visited this McDonald’s before and will definitely come back! We were greeted by Jenny who gave us a really warm welcome and you could tell she takes pride in her work here. All the staff were really lovely but Jenny stood out most for us. Food was lovely and quick. Cannot fault ?

Not the first time this has happened at the bobbing restaurant, not only was our order totally wrong but the food was cold and the pancakes with breakfast were so hard, (overcooked) I had to tear the outside off and leave it. Would not recommend this one. Place wasn't even busy! Had I not been on my way to a hospital appointment I would've complained. But I will be e-mailing them.
