Dreadful.Our order never arrived & it's taken months to get the £50 back.After repeated ,broken promises to refund our money,I had to claim through my bank.Shocking customer service.

Hmmm if you like your curry give this a miss, sadly as a restaurant we were expecting more but it wasn't too be. You need to go further afield to get a curry in this area as Snodland just doesn't cut it as far as curries are concerned.

We came here as it's local to where my friends live. We had made a reservation online but got no confirmation back, so we went in the night before to check, and they said it was fine. When we arrived Saturday night, there was no table reserved for the 5 of us, but they quickly set one up. We ordered a bottle of wine and was told the only wine they had was 2 out of the 5 on the menu, which was the most expensive 2 bottles. We ordered the Pinot grigio as it was Italian. When it came, it wasn't what was on the menu it was from Chile. That is actually illegal. When we wanted to order food, we had to ask as it had been 35 minutes wait. We ordered our food and, by this time, needed more drinks to be told someone else had to do the drinks order! The food came, and I can only speak for my food. I ordered lamb pasanda, there literally was 5 pieces of tiny, and I mean tiny pieces of lamb. And they were very fatty and chewy. The others I was with said there's was ok. Service was ok. Restaurant very dark and a bit drab.

Probably the worst Indian we have ever had this evening. Ordered via just eat, food was cold Chicken Madras had no heat we ended up throwing it all away a complete waste of £27 !!

I ordered food at 6pm and finally got delivery at nearly 8pm Was told at 7 pm that delivery would be in 10 minutes so as diabetic gave my injection Bad move. Food was stone cold when it arrived

Genuinely, an outstanding curry! We enjoy our curries and this was probably the best we've had. So much flavour, meat was tender and the portion size was perfect. Excellent.

Horrible little man behind bar needs a good clean tracksuit bottoms rude rude rude food great sorry kitchen staff never again Ruby's in Wouldham from now on really pissed me off chip on shoulder small man's syndrome rude rude rude avoid avoid avoid food great service shocking ?

Delivery was scheduledfor45 minutes. Arrived in 15. Delivery driver had no change ??? The food weren’t that good as so much burnt stuff on my shashlick. Never again

Ordered tandoori mix platter , which was great and lamb tikka masala to my surprise that was sweet ?? havent tried anything like that before and didn't like that either tandoori roti was good too 7.5/10 if curry was regular like tikka msala should be it would be a perfect meal..
