I was probably unlucky this time with my piece of fish... lots of batter but not so much fish, but didn't know till i was home! Usually good, so I would happily go back. Good service and friendly staff.

Ordered via telephone which in itself was a painful experience. Then the food took longer than they said. But the main issue was, the fish that came was so so small. We honestly didn't know if it was a battered sausage or fish and for the price, this is a joke. Also the large fish wasn't even the size of most chip shops normal size fish.

The best fish and chips we have had, year in year out it’s becoming a close to Christmas tradition!Forgot to take photos but it was blooming amazing and cooked fresh.Thank you all so very much- you are all wonderful

We have been regular customers for many years and have been very happy, until today. I phoned through an order but when I went to collect it found that someone had sold one of the items before I arrived and so I was offered an alternative. The bald man cooking who told me this said that that "Beggers can't be choosers". I am a customer, or rather was. He needs a training course in customer service. I shall be taking my business elsewhere in future.
