Been going there for years for my regular bread order, that included the previous bakers before it became Billy's Bakehouse. Bread, cakes and pastries lovely. Up until recently the atmosphere there has been very pleasant, with all of the staff there being lively. My most recent experience completely spoilt by the attitude of the new manager, who was very rude to me. Unfortunately now I will no longer be going there and will be buying my bread elsewhere.

A visit to this shop means that you are greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The bread and cakes are our usual purchases which are always fresh and delicious. There is often a queue, but this just proves how popular the baked goods are, and that the staff do not rush you along either. Highly recommend Billy's Bakehouse! ?????

Oh my goodness - what a delight! my 1st visit and everything i bought was liked by everyone, no complaints. iced finger was soooooo soft, sausage roll was super scrummy and the cheese baguette went down a treat with eldest child. husband disappeared off to mancave with 2 steakbakes and a belgium bun. +++++

Awful service, huge long ques due to incompetence. Expensive bread and cakes not a patch in the predecessor. Bacon and sausages in the hot sandwiches and rolls is not freshly cooked
