I enjoyed the French fries overload, good size serving and really delicious. Some of us had the caesar salad and they also liked how freshly made it was. Most of the staff were nice. Great concept of fresh food. The female and family toilet flush had issues.

Had to stop as I had a flat tire on the way home and wait 4 hours for the RAC Recovery. As I was cold and hungry I was given a free coffee and hot food throughout my time waiting for roadside assistance. Honestly really appreciated and touching that the staff made sure I was fed and watered and made sure I was okay. Especially in this snowy weather and the time in the evening. Staff are lovely and would definitely be coming here in future for my fuel ⛽️

Just walked 15 minutes to the BP garage. It's supposed to be open 24 hours a day. There's a staff member in there but she's saying they're closed? No message on the front window or anything warning customers. 2.25am and nowhere else open for a mile. Shocking!

#First they are not friendly always angry .# if you ask to scan club card? it makes them more disappointed , don't know the points are probably belongs to .........# if you to redeem the bones ? This is like you ask some one to kill some one . They look like you are criminal .# experienced this few time always there is no point in my app after they scan .# recently move my shell pump to BP but it looks like have to go back to old Brand . At least they give a smile ? !!!# BP workers think that they work in 11 downing street lol.

Great petrol station with a great range of products. Toilets clean and tidy. Service helpful and friendly, prices good. Huge forecourt with lots of parking, good covid safe practices being followed. Fruit was good quality and fresh

I'm not coming here ever again, horrible experience just getting some petrol and snack.Tanya is VERY scary rude and intimidating! She has this killer weird look on her face, no hello nothing just her eyes weirdly sort of popping out and asking me 10 times what number ( petrol pump)So weird and kind creepy women, really put me off even coming here. It was like something out of scary movie!!!

Came in the other evening after buying some fuel and decided to get a few things with my other half, we were then greeted on the till by a very happy guy who was very welcoming and helped us pack our stuff, he said he was new and had just started and it didn't look like that to us, never had someone so friendly serve us before, only reason it's not 5 stars is the price of products but that's not your fault. Will definitely return here again!

Was treated extremely poorly by a girl with blonde hair she was rude I was with my 11 year old daughter who was excited on picking up the 2 good to go bags I got the bags and I was signed off by the staff then this girl made me feel like a thief even tho I had paid for the bags and she demanded it back very embarrassing infront of my daughter who was upset by the whole situation
M&S food In a BP Fuel garage. Clean well presented garage . Some good staff and some not so good. Shop is well stocked and clean . Being M&S it’s not cheap and the same for the fuel. I guess your paying for convenience. Milk is all i stretch too . There’s a free cash machine here too . No charges to withdraw money . Reasonable amount of parking to accessible shop and cash machine . Water and air for your car not free. Open 24 hours.

Rude and abhorrent, lacking any customer skills whatsoever, I now avoid going in if I see this repugnant woman behind the counter. Most of the staff are pleasant and helpful, but one person spoils it for BP.

Well,it went like this,pulled in to get some fuel,that was my first mistake.thought I had enough money on me for 10 litres of unleaded,wow was I wrong!!!!! Still, I persevered and scrapped enough money together without the need of a loan,went in the shop to be confronted by a plethora of amazing products at astronomical prices,who prices these things? Stephen Hawking??? So,feeling like Oliver Twist,I went to the counter to be met by the most miserable faced woman I've ever seen,if anyone needs a slap from the happy tree it's her,I'm sure i saw her in the Walking Dead!!!

Went to fill up there today after waiting 10 mins for one of the pumps of bp ultimate unleaded to become free put the pump in my fuel tank no fuel came out waited 5 mins for the attendant to press the button they never did ? maybe it had run out I dont know ? I couldn't waste anymore time and just left.what annoyed me more was the fact the attendant didnt even acknowledge me or come out to explain.
