Was disappointed with my meal. Chips were cold despite asking for a replacement, my burger was customised, which they got wrong. Staff were nice.

Was in for quite a while the other afternoon/evening working through some emails, so ordered to the table and sat awaiting my food. As usual my food came and there were no issues. Hot and out accurately and quickly with a smile. However, I sat watching appalling behaviour from a senior member of staff. A woman called Christine was being very rude to a younger member of staff, I couldnt see her name badge. It sounded like this staff member hadn't got round to doing something she was meant to do and the woman was telling her to get on with it but it was borderline abuse how she spoke to her. I could see the girl was clearly upset by the interaction. Don't worry love, bullies get their comeuppance eventually and I certainly hope this nasty piece of work does.

i don’t generally write reviews but i am genuinely getting dissatisfied and disappointed every time i get food from drive through. cold food , items missing you name it , i think management should really start reading reviews and take on board what’s being said about the place ! my little girl drink missing today , cold food ! really notworth it .

Rude staff and management who lack customer service skills and are reluctant to help. Have had multiple issues with missing items. The staff at this branch will make you feel like you are inconveniencing them when you complain even though they are the ones who constantly mess up orders. After raising issues with this branch I have never walked away feeling like my issue has been resolved. I would not recommend unless you are willing to waste your time persuading the staff to resolve issues with your order.

Hit or miss on the order accuracy, but better than the others in the area and far more consistency with the shakes/frappes being available.
Food was really quick, my kids don't like most of the extras in the burgers so they are ordered plain which usually takes ages.Place was clean and tidy.Parking: It was busy, Friday tea time so it was busy ad expected.Kid-friendliness: Very, free colouring sheets and crayonsWheelchair accessibility: Yes, I have disabled children ( not wheelchair users) so I spot how accessible places are.
