HUGE supermarket with a clothes & homeware section and so much more. The shelves are always full and with so much variety, but can sometimes be messy, especially the seasonal aisle but thats understandable. Some disrespectful customers do make a mess. Infact I bet most of the poor reviews here complaining about mess probably made the mess themselves lol).I love the staff here, they're so nice and go above and beyond to find what I need, even the security guards are so kind! I have not had a single rude encounter with a staff member here. Respect goes both ways fellow customers!!!

The store is pretty horrible but the toilets are disgusting , I only shop there cos it’s cheap but have gone to another supermarket chain this year for my food , it’s a pretty scummy store all in all it’s not a nice place to shop , I really don’t know why you can’t keep the toilets clean

The worst Asda known to man. Their delivery service was over 3 hours late. After 1.5 hours it was cancelled by the delivery driver and it wasn't until we complained that they forced the driver to actually make the delivery attempt, 1.5 hours late.Lack of respect and care from the people that work there. The store is always a complete mess. People are constantly stealing from it and not only are their prices marked up Vs the local Aldi but their stock is very limited. Go to the Tesco instead or get a delivery from Tesco. We've had no zeros issues with Tesco! Save yourself the stress and pain.

This place is a disgrace. The shelves are a mess, stock-keeping is appalling & so few checkouts are open that thete are regularly 15 minute queues to pay...Added to that, they often close the left hand exit so that if parked in the smaller carpark there's a hefty walk with a full trolley. Little wonder all the trolleys are knackered.I cannot remember ever visiting such a shoddy poorly run supermarket.Craig, get your act together!!!

The worst Asda ever. The white woman in the self checkouts, hair in Bob with blonde bits doesn’t do her job properly. I’ve seen her let gypsies steal items on the self check outs yet she wouldn’t let me use my pampers coupon saying the exact photo has to match the coupon when it CLEARLY states on the terms and conditions on the coupon that the size of the nappy doesn’t matter, and each size has different photo on the nappy, the description matched yet she filled in her colleague to say that it has to be the same child’s photo. Ridiculous. Can’t even do their job properly. I was right yet she was saying she’s right and she got nasty with her comments so I avoided a scene and told her she’s wrong and she’s super wrong to the company for letting people steal. She was limbing, around age 60. She might have even be racist as I’m not fully white. Disgusting person

Rude lady staff and racist people ever seen in a store.Spotted out of date products and when i reported, i became the culprit and blamed for taking the product instead of one with date. Staff need proper training to show humanity on all kind of people.

Though the store has had a makeover in the chilled section unfortunately the door "openings" are now getting very dirty and grubby. Cleaning procedures urgently need reviewing.

By far the worst supermarket experience I have ever encountered!! You could not have made it up!! The poorest level of customer service, the rudest and most unhelpful assistant manager I have ever encountered!!I will be taking this complaint to head office and I will not let it go. I am still fuming!!!

Helpful staff, but with NO disabled toilets... or baby changing (I assume) facilities and no cafe...I see no reason for people to actually shop here. Very, very poor customer service. ASDA once stood for great value and a great shopping experience...but this store cares only about profit and offers nothing back in the way of loyalty. Can't recommend.
