Absolutely shocking service. Ordered 3 pizzas on the app and when it hadn't arrived an hour and 20 mins later I called and was told my order had got lost as there had been a power cut (despite it being shown as out for delivery on the app and the power having been back on for an hour). I re-ordered over the phone but, despite being promised it was a priority, I still hadn't received anything 45 minutes later. I called the store and spoke to the manager who said the person answering the phone had only been there a week and didn't know what they were doing (who's fault is that??). I then asked to cancel and was told I had to wait 2-3 days for a refund even if I went to the store.

Ordered the first time and Took my money fine but they never receive the order, you call them n all they tell you to do, is order again but the same things happens, £50 they nicked not clue when I’m getting that back that’s even if, don’t order online or use there app neither work.
Food is always cooked piping hot and is always delivered really quick, for how busy it is the food is always early or on time never late

Driver got lost and apparently couldn't get his GPS to work.. After 30 mins of messing about I called Domino's to cancel but they offered to send out a fresh pizza within 15 mins and added cookies to the order. Pizza arrived hot and fresh at 2nd time of trying. Things will always go wrong but it's how you deal with it when it happens that matter. Can't fault Domino's on this occasion.
if you like cold bland pizzas, then this is the place for you. Will never give Domino's my custom again.

I ate in at lunchtime midweek & had gluten-free pizza. Service was quick, friendly & helpful & food was delicious. They even have charging desks for laptops & phones. Can't complain!
