Poor customer service and things were missing and not packaged properly. After bringing it to one of the managers attention, I was disappointed at how it was handled. Explained a bottle of coke was missing and how I ordered 4 fries but was given a box of fries that was equivalent to 2 portions. Your staff need to do better and learn to compensate for time and money regardless if ordered via Deliveroo. Never ordering from here again.

Avoid like the plague, Uber Eats are rubbish as well cant cancel after waiting over an hour for this rubbish place to make anything.

One staff, 8 customers. Took 20 mins to serve each person. Staff looks tired and rude. Sort it out. Disgraceful

Yeah not good. Loads of items out of stock. Long long long wait. Order is wrong more often than not. Not the cleanest. And the food can bad even by KFC standards though sometimes can be good...ish. the servers are always nice but they are let down by offerings, cleanliness and food quality.

Would if given them 0 stars.Do not eat here. Freezing cold food. Poor service. Incomplete order.We decided not to eat the food because of potentially getting food poisoning, it’s not the first time so have reported them to the food hygiene and trading standards.Eat food from there at your peril.
