“Ordered a pizza on line , tracker said out for delivery 1/2hr still waiting called the store a very polite man said there were issues with a drivers motor breaking down! Took that onboard , when my grandad kids started to eat the food was stone cold. I contacted the shop same guy was on the phone could not be more apologetic offered refund or a chance to reorder but I had grandkids who needed feeding so just spent more money . ??”
