Comfortable bed, soft pillow, nice sized bathroom, ample parking, easy to check-in, lots of breakfast available, had no problems. Staff seemed pleasant; I only stayed one night and the room had everything I needed. Towels were a good size and there was plenty of hair and body wash. Although next to a busy road, I couldn’t hear anything when in my bedroom and I slept very well

Nice clean room, comfy big bed, lovely breakfasts, but bathroom was a bit cold & uninviting after a 12 hour shift.

Not intending to book an accessible room, but it being all that was available, we booked to see family in the area. You need to be aware that accessibility only seems to mean being in a wheelchair or very, very short of stature (all room facilities are set very low, instead of recognising that not all ‘accessibility’ requires a lowering of hanging spaces, etc). And although a lowered bath should ease getting in for a shower, the bath surface was very, very slippery. This caused me to have a very unpleasant fall in the bath, actually injuring myself with a nasty crack on the ribs on one of the extra handrails which ran the length of the bath). I was told that, although not minimising my accident, no one else had reported an issue before! I was also advised I could have requested a non slip mat - but how would I realise I needed one until I found out that the bath surface was so slippery (as in once I was in there)? I do think it is time Premier Inns looked to have more walk in showers or wet rooms. I do find the ordinary baths in non accessible rooms are too high and deep to get in and out of easily. Beds are amazing, but that isn’t all that is needed for a better stay.

Only thing you could rely on was the comfort of the beds and pillows. The noise from others above and the cleanliness of the rooms where rather disappointing. The decor is older and looking a bit tatty but its ok for what you pay. Evening Food at the Bull needs to be missed but breakfast was good.

A very comfortable room. The bed was gorgeous, I had a lovely sleep.Very clean, and lots of space. Definitely would go again, and would recommend Premier Inn to anyone who needs a bit of luxury when on business or in my case a wedding at the local golf course.Breakfast was delish, and you can eat as much or as little as you want to.

It's a Premier Inn - you get what you expect. There's nothing around at all, no shops so come well stocked up! Good points: ample free parking available and an adjacent Beefeater. As always, decent sized rooms with plenty of mains sockets and an integral USB charging point. Also, air conditioning in room.

Really Bad : no room service, staff that IS not available or trained... (Impossible to have an electronic bill for example !)My room (223) has a Big Electronic default causing a loid noise... And nobody seems to really Care.

I choose Premier Inn because I need a comfortable but lower budget hotel. I have stayed at a number of Premier Inns and they do vary somewhat in quality/standard. Although the rooms are similar, there are various small details which make them better or worse than each other. This Premier Inn has free parking (some don't) (+1), this Premier Inn is not near any convenience shops (some are) (-1), this Premiere Inn has air conditioning / heaters in rooms (some don't) (+1), this Premier Inn has well maintained and clean bathrooms (some don't) (+1). This is one of the top Premiere Inns I have stayed in - I have stayed in this one twice in the last month or two, each time in a different room - and I will definitely return.

The bathroom in our room had previously had a water leak and had not been dealt with properly. The carpet outside the bathroom was wet and had a brown stain which just grew bigger. There was a brown discharge all around the bathroom floor and the room smelt. All the skirting boards were in a terrible state from the leak. The receptionist said he knew there had been a problem but thought it had been dealt with. Why did the cleaner not question it then? The room should not have been given to guests. We were told there was no other room to give us so we had no choice but to sleep with it.

On checking in late was meet with friendly staff , room was clean and well furnished, the only drawback was couldn't open window for fresh air and had use the clean air unit. This was my only gripe while my stay , the breakfast and meal was served at the beefeater next door

Very similar to other premier inn I've stayed in . This was clean and tidy . Frontline staff ok but obviously not really motivated questioned why I ask where the toilet was ?

First room we were given had hair on the pillows, toilet and duvet. The staff apologized and gave us a new room which was not much better. Shower was faulty, water damage below shower and sink, window wouldn’t open and had to have air conditioning on all night, bed was badly made. Staff gave us a complimentary breakfast but it was uneatable with cold food. Staff were friendly and nice but the hotel is very run down.

Just had lunch here, its a beefeater but quite a good one of its kind.Lots of offers at the moment so cheap for what is on offer

Enjoyed our stay for sure. Nice and friendly environment ?. If I hadn't been to another branch (Orpington) where the rooms feel modern, spacious and more comfortable I would have given this a 4 star.
