Tipical KFC. Food OK, chips seasoned nicely. A little dirty but efforts were being made.

Just been to the drive through in Dover Kent. I asked for 3 pieces and large fries and a small popcorn. Which I always ask for, When I got home only 5 mins away, not only were they almost cold and soggy clearly not fresh. there was JUST 3 BAGS OF lg FRIES an the popcorn. And was charged over £10.for this. I even checked the order as he handed it to me And he said yes. They weren’t even at all busy. This is NOT the first time the have got my order wrong. WHAT IS GOING ON!? Not impressed!

We ordered a big take out via uber, we could see the driver was 3 minutes away and this kept changing, I rung him up,he could not speak English , trying to ask where he was but that conversation couldn't actually happen properly due to a language barrier. My mum in law and step son had to go out and find him but to no avail. He eventually turned up, food was cold and missing 2 items. Paid alot for this meal but we won't be doing it again. Bad service dover!

Compared to some KFC franchises this seem ok food was warm and quite quick with the order wasn't too busy

After a long journey on the ferry we stopped for kfc ... got to be the worst kfc ive ever had in my life.... it was cold and hard wouldnt have suprised me if they had found the food outside from left overs and put back in boxes... the boneless chicken bankquet was served to is without chicken and 2 bags of fries... 1 large and 1 tiny they took back the large and left cold tiny bag of fries which i guess was good as they were inediable anyway ... not much you can do when your driving down the motorway though otherwise i would have gone back

So slow, you are second best after drive through and deliverroo. When your order finally arrives it will probably be over cooked and cold, well done!I would avoid this

Very busy, not enough staff to deal with walk in order dr8ve though and online order. Long wait for food ordered in store. Staff are not able to keep place clean . Lots of people
