Ordered 3 pizzas and 1 donner and pitter at 6.45 said it would be delivered at 7.30 then when 7.30 came the time changed to 8.05 rang them up at 8.10 to see what was happening they was not helpful and just said it was coming. I could have made it myself with how long it took to get delivered. First time trying this place and won't be trying it again there is no reason why it should take this long for some food.

Cookie dough was cooked to a literal rock and wrong flavour. Fudge cake was sent instead of carrot cake. Cream was added rather than seperate. To add insult to injury, these neurodivergents sent the samosa on a bed of LETTUCE so it tasted bad in addition to being soggy. Absolute garbage, like the town of Barlick

Got a cheese pizza had onions in the dough, the pepperoni was cold and soggy also it was very greasy and made me feel sick and couldn’t finish it.

This restaurant ignored allergy note which they had obviously read due to the fact they followed the rest of the request and in doing so caused a severe allergic reaction.When we rang up they didn't apologise and refused to give a refund and said they will only refund us that one meal if we want a full refund we had to send back all the food.Reported to food standard agency if I could give them zero stars I would do not touch this restaurant.
I have had consistently horrible experiences with the service at this location, both in the past and recently. The food has always been cold and the orders have consistently been incorrect. My daughter's recent order was no exception, as the chips were undercooked and the garlic sauce was spoiled. When we called to let them know about the issues with the order, they refused to admit any wrongdoing and rudely hung up on us. I would strongly discourage anyone from ordering from this location due to the consistently poor service and food quality

Unfortunately I have to give a bad review with regards to village pizzeria. I ordered a Boston 7 stuffed crust. It barely had any of the meats listed on the pizza, there was more onion and peppers on it than a vegetarian option personally, it was also luke warm, just ! It also made me ill ! Sorry that's the facts of my dining experience from the village. I personally won't be purchasing anything from them again.

Poor effort put into Marinara pizza with added cheese: barely any tomato sauce, not enough to cover the base fully, not alot of cheese that didn't look fully melted. Other than that delivery time was fine and other ordered food came OK.
