Really nice tapas, well priced and just the right size and reasonably priced for £5.50. We had iced drinks which were good. The staff were friendly and accommodating and even suggested we move tables when a group of kids came in celebrating a birthday, so kudos for identifying the issue before we raised it.

Review is in relation to the service only, didn’t get chance to eat. Second visit here and service poor on both occasions. Sat down at table, wouldn’t say it was particularly busy (half full). Waited ten minutes, no approach to take a drinks order let alone food order, meanwhile the table adjacent was visited by 3 members of staff asking if everything was ok. Flagged a member of staff down to request to place drinks order, to be told she couldn’t take orders. Gave up and walked out unchallenged.

Called into Blooms for a quick bite to eat after a trip to BGGC with our 3 year old grandson. At 3 he simply wanted some beans on toast - the kids menu didn’t have this so we asked if they could do some - we were told they didn’t have any toast - so the only way we could get beans was to order sausage chips and beans - and a side order order of bread and butter which wasn’t a problem? Not sure how toast couldn’t be available but slices of bread and butter could be. So we ended up with an uneaten plate of sausage and chips. Slightly disappointed with this lack of flexibility.

Second time eating here. Nothing negative to write about. Nice place. Food is really nice. The flatbread pizzas are very tasty and filling. Staff are always nice and helpful. We were served by a new member of staff called Bilal. Great service. You pay on the way out at the till which is nice rather than waiting around. Will be using again.

Came here for the afternoon. I have to say the service and food is really good. The design of the restaurant is nice too. Giving one star because they do not take cash, and then attempting to pay, they don't accept my card. Utter joke!

Food was perfect, staff were extremely polite and helpful. Came in here off a road trip as we were driving past and I’m very glad we did. Will be returning.

Terrible service staff ignore you. Asked for a menu to get a dessert after our meal gave up after 20mins of trying to get the attention of a member of staff to take our order. Food was mediocre at best it wasn’t even that busy to justify being ignored

Visited on the 13th for a table of two for a late lunch/early dinner. Decided to go all out on 3 courses, can’t fault the service. Friendly team, good food and very swish décor throughout (even the napkins were cool).Just what I needed after losing at table golf!

Second time visiting for lunch. We ordered the steak chilli and lemon chicken goujons. The steak was mild with nice chunky pieces of steak, the bread was supposed to be cheese and jalapeño but it arrived plain. The chicken goujons were delicious, very nice fine breadcrumb coating although the lemon flavour was very slight. We ordered the blueberry and toffee cheesecake. Unfortunately these were a complete let down and we only had a couple of spoons, it tasted like a frozen one. We didn’t like the cream cheese filling and the coulis that they were served with was very bland. The decor of the restaurant is lovely- covered with artificial flowers and the service was fine. We would visit again for lunch but avoid the desserts here.

We ate in the restaurant after visiting the cinema. Very convenient, lovely setting, spotlessly clean, great menu, caters well for vegetarians. The food was excellent, polite and efficient staff, can’t fault it!

Despite ordering from the gluten free menu I was clearly served food containing large amounts of gluten. This was raised with staff, but very little concern was shown and the restaurant have not addressed our concerns in an acceptable way. I would highly advise that anyone suffering from allergens avoids this restaurant entirely as it would be dangerous to those with more serious conditions. Additionally, we also ordered from the vegan menu only to find that the food arrived with cheese in it. It is obvious they do not take dietary requirements seriously. Something I find extremely concerning for an establishment specifically advertising options that cater to dietary requirements.

We got together to celebrate daughters 30th birthday. We'd chosen a variety of tapas to share as a starter, followed by flatbread pizza's, fries and salad to share for the main. Food was excellent, and it was nice to be able to try the different foods with doing it as a sharing rather than individual meals. Staff were very pleasant and attentive towards us. Will definitely be going again and would recommend to others.
