Visited for lunch because we were passing and live locally. Fab staff, free parking opposite, food and drinks were brought in good time. Lady serving was ace (Thursday 4th Jan at lunch), food was really nice and we had absolutely no complaints.

Passed many times in the car but today was our first visit. It wasn't planned - our first choice didn't take 'walk ins' so we tried Hoysters. Glad we did! We received a warm welcome, the coffee was good, and our food was delicious. Coffee took a while to come, but that's the nature of coffee machines and not a complaint. It's a nice atmosphere and quite spacious but warm and inviting and obviously a popular meeting place. Based on our experience I'd definitely recommend.

Real place this. If you’re in the area nip in. Proper place!

Great food and lovely service however we've been caught out by the 'walk in' situation, multiple times. It just doesn't work.

Great for a Saturday lunchtime drink and tapas. The service was really good too ?

New menu is nice! Some lovely options. Recommend the pork and bean stew as a lovely winter warmer. Service was good, live music was super loud and made it difficult to catch up with family once it had started, rather than being a nice background

If your new to the Ramsbottom area or indeed local and not visited yet, Hoysters is a quirky bar with loads of character well worth a visit.

I have always enjoyed the food at Hoysters, and today’s visit (13/08/23) was no exception. The salt and pepper chicken and fries were very tasty, and the portion sizes very filling given that they were “tapas” style plates. Amanda (one of the managers) always serves customers with a smile and did a great job despite being on her own today. Thanks guys :)

So disappointed in this place. Took what felt like a lifetime for the waiters to come to take our food orders, they took our drinks order quick enough though. The food came after another good wait, I ordered sticky Korean ribs, not sticky and not Korean and just 4 of them with bearly any meat on came with kimchi which was more coleslaw than kimchi!! No flavour. My lad ordered some kind of burger which was ment to come with pickles, slaw and other bits, it came on bread not bun with the same pickle flavour coleslaw as the ribs with nothing else. Not worth the money or trip down there. Shan't be returning and wouldn't recommend.

Nice food, but it's a bit pricey for tapas. Parking is a bit of an issue, but the shops over the road have parking (says its for customers on the precinct). During the day, it felt dirty because of the junk shop theme, but I guess it looks trendy at night. 1st visit was late afternoon so I'd like to come in the evening when there appears to be live music.
