I met family here ,sort of a half way house trip. The staff were very friendly , my lunch was very tasty as I believe were my two family member’s choices. Both their plates were cleared ! I can certainly recommend it on that basis. I am sure an evening meal would be as enjoyable. I will be back !

Delightful dining! We went three times in our week visit and enjoyed each visit. Fast, friendly service. Scone with cream and jam is a must!

What a lovely little cafe this is. We'd popped in for a coffee & scone the previous afternoon and decided we were coming back for breakfast. The vegetarian breakfast was fantastic and a little bit different from the normal fare. Peppers, onions and spuds added to mushrooms, beans, tomatoes, fried bread and toast & marmalade. We also bought some of the scones we'd tried the day before, the best scones I have ever had. Can't wait for my afternoon cuppa. Thanks

Friday 18th August 2023This cafe was visitedA pleasent cafe with well looked after inside and outside eating areas the staff were very polite and good at what they didThe food was well cooked, and for £8.40 as picture shows l posted on cafes photo page"" there were ample grub served, the large coffee was extra, so for 11 quid, it was well worth it.I would use this grand eatery again when in Carnforth

Had never been in before. Popped in first thing for a breakfast barm. My wife had a teacake with butter and jam. Simple food to start the day. I did mention to the member if staff it was my birthday. They treated us like old friends and nothing was too much trouble. The food and drink was beautiful, the staff awesome, the service second to none. All wished me a happy birthday and it really made my day. I highly recommend this cafe. Look for it in alleyway cut through by Boots store . You will love it.

A lovely cafe, nicely decorated with outdoor seating area. Friendly staff, good coffee, nice range of food including cheese on toast. Note that they stop serving hot food around 230pm and close around 330pm. It's a breakfast and lunch place.

A lovely cafe to visit, always welcoming and speedy service. The food is very well priced as the portion sizes are very generous. I would highly recommend trying the cheesecake. The service is excellent as the staff are always friendly and very good at providing information to do with the menu. A lot of happy faces from other customers is always a good sign that a cafe is doing well with a lot of competition in the local area. Will be visiting again for sure. Would highly recommend.Vegetarian options: Plenty to choose fromKid-friendliness: Provide a kids corner in the menuDietary restrictions: Offer gluten free and vegetarian options

Unfortunately having to leave a disappointing review after visiting several times with my nana. Previously the service and food has been amazing and couldn't fault it. Haven't visited in over a year and today our visit wasn't one to recommend or go back for. We both had breakfasts, one small one normal, the whole breakfast was very greasy and the bacon wasn't cooked great on mine, sausages were served sliced open not sure where the contents of the meat was. Service was good by some but one particular waitress just dumped our toast Infront of our faces and same for the cutlery. Sadly I think the food was bad before it was cooked.

Nice cafe in terms of staff but food just average. Can’t recommend the gluten free as the toastie purchased was soggy and lacked flavour. Sorry but true. Not sure how made but maybe something to consider. The sausage & bacon bap was Ok nothing special. Coffees purchased watery tasting. Small cafe and was very busy so maybe food was rushed? Can recommend if you want average food with basic/average flavours but not if you want something a bit special, more tasty or special dietary requirements eg. vegan/ gluten free. Very nice staff though.

Went to a cafe hoping for a meal. Found nibbles and cake were really only on offer. Not impressed with either price or offerings. Obviously most reviewers think otherwise so maybe its just me!
