We went to the bistro before covid and it was very nice. We went again yesterday and it was not.It has had a refurb and looks good. The lady who greeted us was very nice. She seemed like she was the manager.Place is full of screaming kids. Not the bistros fault but worth mentioning. We had the all day breakfast, mushroom soup special and a "red berry" milkshake. My partner said the soup was very nice. Lots of garlic and well seasoned. The tiny bits of cut sliced bread it came with made us laugh. The milkshake was called red berry. It was strawberry. It was either crusha or nesquik in a half pint glass with whipped cream taking up most of the top half of the glass. It was £3.50!!!The sausages were nice on the breakfast but the bacon was hard and dry. The hash browns very greasy. The egg was runny though.I would not recommend here at all. For 30 quid we definitely weren't satisfied. Can't comment on the rest of the complex. Seemed busy. Was a nice day for it. Shame the food has gone down hill

We recently visited Greenlands Farm Village, a decision inspired by the desire to introduce our son to animals, and it turned out to be an absolutely amazing experience. It was heartwarming to see how some animals, like goats and chickens, roamed freely, allowing our son to interact with and touch them up close. This hands-on encounter was truly lovely for him. Furthermore, the staff there were incredibly kind and helpful, especially when it came to the rabbits and the owl. A nice staff member assisted our son in feeding and touching these animals, which added to the memorable experience. There was also a trampoline and play area, which was a great addition to the day. Overall, our visit to Greenlands Farm Village was not only enjoyable but also very educational for our son. We're definitely looking forward to going back!

we visited a couple of weeks ago. it was okay, we spend probably an hour here. the staff seemed friendly. the aviary's were a tad depressing. they had an extremely sick chicken who was gasping in the corner, i’m struggling to see how any staff didn’t notice. as a chicken keeper myself i know they just don’t get that sick that quickly. although small, their play equipment well maintained. it was probably the highlight of the trip. i personally wouldn’t return.

Last September we had an amazing visit and a lovely lunch at the bistro. We decided to go today because of the great service and food we received last time. However today it was like it was a totally different place. We waited upwards of an hour for food. Those of us who chose bottomless pizza were able to eat their soggy pancake like pizzas while the rest had to wait. We had nachos which were dried out like they had just been sitting under a hot lamp for the hour we were waiting and one was seemed to be just crumbs of tortillas, like from the bottom of a crushed packet. We thought about saying something and sending them back but, honestly we were not prepared to wait another hour. Sorry but the changes made to the menu are a backward step and the place is severely understaffed.

Great place for the kids, loads to do and lots to keep them interested and happy. Nice shop with really reasonably priced goods and plenty of choice, only disappointing experience was the cafe which we had to wait 80 minutes to get our order as did lots of others which was poor.
