Called New Year's Eve. Not too busy and lots of tills on so no queuing.Great place to visit. Lots of different brands always at reduced prices. Good time to visit is the sales and, with the app, an extra 10% off.Excellent parking and plenty of it. Super clean toilets!!There is a fish and chip restaurant at the entrance of the car park and a good cafe inside too .One thing to be aware of- do not follow the post code on your satnat! When you get near enough follow the brown signs for Boundary Mills. We go to all the Boundary outlets - right up to the one near Newcastle if we are up that way. They are all worth a visit but Colne is definitely the best!

This place is fantastic. Great choice of shops. Great shopping experience, in terms of flow and layout. Cannot wait to come back and do some shopping.

We've got to travel to Boundary Outlet at Colne..It's just a terrific atmosphere and a place to be. Most things you need and a great choice all in one building. Staff are very helpful and polite. Café, Restaurant/s, plus a Chippy at the other end of the car park (free). The food's tasty too.

It's got just about everything. Some great bargains, but worth checking online. Nice restaurant downstairs and a good fish and chip shop. Parking is no problem. Only problem is that it can be too big, allow plenty of time to get round

Love this place the meet and greet guy is lovely and welcoming. Unfortunately i can't say that about the people on the tills..I love the atmosphere and the range on offer and they always have a bargain to be had. Flat white is up there with Greggs and was sweeter with a free mince pie.

Visited this shop again after a long time. Unfortunately we have moved south of the country so we visit when we can. Shop is easy to navigate with very good quality products of different types. If in the area of Colne this is a right place to do your shopping.

Purchased some items and went to pay. They have two paying areas and one was empty/closed so I had to find a member of staff to establish where I could pay. I was told it was at the opposite end of the store, when I got there, there was only one member of staff out of all the pay stations working. That is ridiculous for the size of the store and eventually the staff member decided to call for more help which arrive by another person arriving looking uninterested or concerned at the number of customers queuing up to pay.Not a good experience at all.

Disappointed with The Hive restaurant.Waited to be seated(very quiet) the guy acknowledged us and said he would be back(even though he could have said take a seat) We waited at least 5 minutes and he never came back even though there was a girl behind the counter also who never even acknowledged us even though she was taking cups of tea out.Very disappointing! We walked away!

We have been clients since the Old Boundary Mill opened it's doors. The development of the business by the Bannister Family has been amazing and provides a Great One Stop shopping experience in Top Class conditions whichever of their Outlets you visit.Remarkable consistency in all departments they operate includìng their Restaurants and Cafe's.A well deserved success story.Well Done.

Visited the Clark’s shoes department today an excellent service and genuine help on choosing and options on the products I was looking for. I was so impressed that asked his name and was advised he was the Manager of the departments David Trickett. I got what I wanted at the right price, will definitely come again.

I recently visited Boundary Mill in Colne with my mother, hoping to have a pleasant shopping experience. While my mother explored the clothing section, I decided to take a look around the store. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by what seemed to be an in-store detective shadowing my every move, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. The variety of products at Boundary Mill is commendable, and my mother enjoyed browsing through the clothing selections. However, my own exploration of the store was overshadowed by the constant presence of the apparent in-store detective. I felt as though I was being closely monitored, which made my shopping experience less enjoyable.A welcoming and comfortable shopping environment is crucial for customers to fully enjoy their time in a store. Unfortunately, my experience at Boundary Mill left much to be desired due to the discomfort caused by the surveillance. I hope that the management takes note of these concerns and takes steps to ensure that customers can shop without feeling scrutinized during their visit.

It’s big. It’s tiring. But plenty to see and buy. The cafe is very good. Really friendly staff there. The food was excellent and not expensive. The car park is busy. Try and go midweek to miss the crowds

I have been coming here for years especially when the sales are on. Two things that let it down are the toilets which are too low to the ground in the ladies and the extra razor sharp toilet roll dispensers in the cubicles, caught my hand a few times, they need filing down to make them blunt. Another is the cafe which has gone down a lot. It used to be much better value for the sandwiches and cakes etc, but now everything has shot up in price and the cakes are so much smaller, they're not worth paying £3 plus for and what happened to the free cup of tea for you and a friend on sale days??? Its run by a bunch of kids slouching around, the tables aren't cleared, loads of cups and spilliages on tables an and the cups and plates are sometimes dirty. Cafe needs to improve to keep me going there especially when you can spend a small fortune in the various departments.

This place is much improved from a few years ago. Lots of branded goods at discounted prices. There is a large shoe section as well as cosmetics and lots and lots of clothes. You need to allow a couple of hours to really appreciate what is available. There is a café and a restaurant as well as a very good chippy.
