Waited over 1 hour 20 mins for the wrong order to come and fries to be dry and lukewarm. Pizza had little cheese on it mostly just a bready base. I’d love to rate the cookies but sadly didn’t receive them and instead was given a garlic bread that I couldn’t eat. I come back to this store every couple of months and never finish satisfied.

I go here because the Burnley store messed up my order, and after two months asking them to sort it out and them not getting in touch, they considered the matter closed. Like dealing with the Tories.Never had an issue at the Colne branch

I had a disappointing experience at this establishment. The service was very slow and the prices were quite high. On one occasion, we asked for two pizza deals, but were told that we could only have one per person. We suggested that another person call to have it delivered to another address, but we were not willing to go through that process. We ended up going somewhere else due to this poor service and high prices.

Just seen a video of one of your workers on tiktok making a pizza without Gloves, a hair net and has earphones in whilst working, the pizza she made clearly had hair in it amd she clearly never washed her hands as shes holding her phone whilst making food ...Taking about cross contamination and food HygieneThats seriously disgustingIv shared the video all over most local community pages showing that you allow this disgusting dirty behavour in your kitchens so please if you pizza isnt up to scratch please use this review as a reference

Awful. ETA for delivery 30 minsTook 1.5 hours. Refused to be given an update when called to chase. Was just told driver on his way. Arrived 40 mins after.Driver was rude on arrival when asked if food was still warm. When the pizzas cost between £13 and £18 each (for medium sized) I think it's really expensive. The food wasn't great. Could tell stood around for a while. Won't be ordering again

I have had better pizzas from supermarkets which have cost me a lot, lot less than the £11:98 I was charged for the medium pizza I ordered. The crust and cheese were okay. However, the sauce was overpowering and I couldn't taste the meat as there was so little of it. Also, the jalapeño peppers were those disgusting pickled ones from a jar which made the pizza stink and taste of vinegar, absolutely disgusting. I managed almost two slices before it went in the bin. Don't waste your money. I will never buy another Domino's pizza ever again, in fact I wouldn't even accept one for free.

Absolute disgrace. Ordered pizzas at 6.30pm and finally arrived at 8pm!!! Was assured at 7.30pm that the order was with the driver....as my son asked " where? In London? The shop is 10 minutes away!!! Lukewarm upon arrival. Sooooooo disappointed!!!

Ordered pizzas for GP leaver for 12pm, still not arrived & it is 1pm. When I phoned, was told they tried to ring but no answer to say would be late. Food was pre-ordered at 9.30am this morning, how much notice is needed? Why did they not keep trying? Very disappointing as her leaving lunch was arranged for 12pm & now a majority of the staff can't be here for it due to delay,
