Literally had to wait an hour and a half for a sausage and egg sandwich after making a phone order I'm literally a stone throw away from the place could have walked it there and back ten times in the time it took them to deliver hot chocolate tasted well not like hot chocolate I,ll leave it

Shocking service. Ordered two English breakfast and two coffee's, phoned them back after 1 and a half hours, they said it was going out the door now. Another hour passed and we phoned them again only to be told it will be cold but it's on its way. A cold breakfast and coffee?... So after 2 hours and 45 minutes, we are now walking to the shop hungry to buy the ingredients our selves. So frustrated at the moment. Do not use this service is my advice. Or prepare to be treated the same. I have never written a review or complained about a service before.
