It was New Years Eve, and they were super busy, but the food was a bit of a letdown. Otherwise, it's a nice place to visit.Kid-friendliness: We went with our children, not a problem. 15yrs and 13 yrs

Been multiple times as we live quite local. A nice setting, always had friendly staff and food was good. We've often had issues in the past with the bill; hand written like a doctor and not knowing what charges are what and when questioned, they quickly take things off.. Always left me a little suspicious...I believe it's recently been taken over by new management so we went again for a visit just before Christmas. Unfortunately the staff were quite rude this time; complaining about other tables, forgetful (we had to ask for tap water 4 times for our table) and the food was really poor... Salty and very bitter.Don't think we'll be heading back again.

Dropped in on the off chance of getting a table on New Year's Eve and were accommodated and made to feel very welcome. The food was excellent as was the service provided by all the lovely staff. Would highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return.
We are staying Earby for Christmas and had a meal here on Christmas Eve. The service is very efficient and quick. The food was extremely good very tasty and beautifully presented. It was very good value for money and would definitely recommend to anyone.
