i heard the car parked outside and when i went to check i watched as the fat delivery driver drove off with my £15 worth of sausage rolls in the back of her car. she probably ran out of breath walking to my doorstep and couldn’t finish her 7 steps from the car and back. all i wanted was my 2 sausage rolls and a jam doughnut

I ordered food for it to arrive at 12pm I saw the woman outside in her car with the Greggs I got a call from no called id and though it was a spam and then I went out the door to go to her car but she drove off

Called today after a two year absence. Bacon barely cooked and tepid, the fat was virtually raw. Cappuccino was weak.Review below from two years ago.Whilst queuing I observed the staff handling money and then without any washing or sanitising of hands, same staff member handled the bread whilst making a bacon sandwich for the next customer, at this point I walked out without purchasing anything.This is not acceptable in normal times... But in the middle of a pandemic!!!

I always go greggs and I always feel so welcomed and comfortable especially by one of the staff members, Laila, i think thats her name. She always goes out of her way to ensure my disabled friend Malaika doesn’t feel marginalised or ostracised for her disability. Malaika feels normal at greggs. I’m usually somebody who struggles ordering due to my shyness however Laila’s smile and voice reassures me that nothing malignant or mean will happen
