Went in for a special offer. Scanner not working so they were unable to process the deal. Wanted to charge full price which is unacceptable. Should have honoured the deal. Manager,Arena was not interested offered no solution or resolution. Left hungry and no apology.

This place is great for parking at while you go to the McDonalds next door so as not to pay £10 for a burger from KFC. Since the price rise the once full car park is now deserted so always lots of spaces to park.

We had a drive through meal Sat (yesterday 2nd Dec) & if this had been our 1st visit it would also have been our last. We certainly will never use this branch over a weekend. The receipt showed the correct details of our order. The meals we received did not match. I have an allergy to certain foods so always order a plain burger with the chicken hash brown & cheese. I received a loaded burger. Husband took it inside to be met with a group of teenagers who were too busy talking to ask him what he wanted. When one if the girls did respond to his excuse me...he explained the problem. Her response to him...priceless. Told him not to get shirty with them, which he did not, & picked the lettuce off my burger with her bare hands & told him that it was now a plain burger! Need I say more? Good job a manager came over to see what was happening. He sorted us out thankfully but this was a really poor experience. Think the staff really need to go back to basics of safe food prep & handling as well as customer service. Pull your socks up KFC!

I want to thank the man who served us last night through the drive thru. Even though I'd ordered wrong (I wanted the wrap cheese only but managed to put through without cheese for my child). He highlighted that I'd ordered wrong (so I checked and he was correct!) He still got us the replacement with a friendly face anyways. Top guy and an example to first class customer service. Went to get the food, had to change the drink as what I ordered they didn't have, family member had a salad but couldn't eat it due to them having no forks or spoons, they had no napkins or wipes instead they had blue roll which had food and spillages on it. Also to mention that the customer service was apauling.

Went in today what a waste of money.Chips were cold and over cooked what there was of them.The gravy was cold tasteless and really watery and also out of date that day.When I asked if they had any gravy man couldn't care less and just said no didn't offer a refund.Then we said chips were cold and over done and he went and got us another lot no apology or conversation which were equally as bad.Chicken was overcooked.Absolutely disgusting food and customer service do not waste your money.You maybe need to teach some manners and enthusiasm to your staff because the one that served us was like a stroppy lifeless teenager
One off the better kfc iv been to the food was actually hot and tasty service was quick all in all a great experience unlike my local ones which are shocking tbh

Called last night (08/08/2023) at 22:45, they were all just standing there pretending to clean, stopped serving, no drive thru either. Not 1 piece of chicken out, so god knows when they decided to call it a day even though it clearly states it doesn't close until 23:00... yet next door, McDonalds were queuing out of the drive thru and was heaving inside too....KFC SHOCKING BRANCH!!!!!!

Ordered from KFC via Just Eat. The order was completely wrong; as it had been on a number of occasions before. When I called the store offering to bring it back and have it replaced by our proper order I was told rudely that it’s nothing to do with them and I had to get a refund from Just Eat. Yes the refund must come from Just Eat but getting the order wrong WAS their fault. The order was clearly typed on the receipt that was taped to the bag and yet the food inside did not match this. We had to keep the food and it was awful. The chicken was dry. 90% of the food was discarded. We will not be ordering from this KFC again.
