Always served with a side dish of disappointment - luckily that’s not been forgotten to add in EVERY TIME!!! McFlurry machine? Constantly broken. Milkshake? Forget it. Stop advertising your menu with these things on there if you CONSISTENTLY DO NOT HAVE THEM. Always have to check the order as 5 times we have got home and it’s been wrong - don’t know why we have still given them business with their unprofessional attitude. Avoid avoid avoid!!!! Never again.

Mc Donald's Colne has to be one of the best in the area, I had lost confidence in Mc Donald's after visiting Keighley site on a couple of occasions, the service was appalling waiting over 25 minutes for food. The Colne site was great very friendly and efficient staff, lovely clean place to eat in. 10 / 10 please keep it up guys you are great ?

They always seem to be cleaning the milkshake/icecream machine and yet I'm still able to purchase a mcflurry but always lose out because the milkshake machine is being cleaned and it's almost always durrong a busy time for them I've been there for tea it's 5 ive been for supper and it's being cleaned which im told can take upto an hour which makes me believe theyre lazy and just can't be botherd reloading the machine with its milky product

The food was to mcdonald's standards but unusually super hot and fresh,Service was good for the most part, however I had to explain the number 3 to the person taking my order when paying for BBQ sauce, and then again to the one that handed my food without any and brought me 1, apparently the ability to read, count or listen.As for the atmosphere, that's where it fails. With doors closed, the draft was like being out in the wind, half the lights were broken and the damp patches on the ceiling tell me there is damp causing mould, and the fact that it's more than one site says it's a food standard issue.

Food is of course as expected. The atmosphere in the drive through could be improved though. Maybe a folk band and a juggling clown? I still have to ask for a serviette though. Fingers always end up sticky, These should be given without asking right?Vegetarian options: You can get a gherkin.
Don’t usually leave a review however I think credit should be given where it’s due. The young guy who served us, Joseph (long hair, tall) is a real asset to your branch. He is polite, professional and fast at his job. All staff should be like him.

With car drive through sales being priority, then Uber drivers all over the restaurant loitering around the counter. Service is really slow and I have not been in once when something on my order has not been wrong or missing.

A typical run of the mill McDonalds which was busy when we visited at around 5 pm. There were a lot of delivery drivers hanging around waiting for orders that made the place somewhat congested and unfriendly. This is a real negative for me.Free ample parking at the restaurant.
