Ordered via just eat for collection in evening (7pm), order cancelled without reason unexpectedly, then the just eat no 10 site said I couldn't order at all. Tried to call them and they will not answer their phone.

Ordered for my family as a Saturday night treat. Came quite quick but nothing was hot, the kebab was a measly offering and at 7.50 expected a decent portion. Burger was burnt and the cheese covered a quarter of it at the most. Hardly any salad on it. Chicken on kebab was burnt. Will never go again. They need staff who give a toss about their customers

I've been going here for over 20 years, thr chicken kebabs were the best i have ever had.... Unfortunately i went tonight traveling over 30 min each was and i knew soon as i arrived the ownere must have changed. Sadly the chicken kebabs are completely different and it was terrible. Small chunks of burnt chicken, no cabbage and the garlic sauce was runbish.

Placed a order on Foodhub said it would be half hour, 3 hours on still no food and wouldn’t refund me, takeaway never turned up in the end, joke of a place

Late delivery by 1 hour. Customer service shocking . Food minimal and inconsistent from other orders I’ve had . Less chicken , more donor !!! Clearly a business plan . Value for money , the very worst . Never order from these again . Always had my reservations about their real customer values and this has made me to decide never to return an order . I’m going to Alpachinos next time .

Food is fresh and taste excellent staff are very friendly I will definitely be going back for more,I would definitely recommend no10 thanks.

Very rude and disrespectful towards customers. Not for the 1st time either this week when I went to pick up an order . I was told that if I didn’t like the way they was I should keep away . They just don’t care especially the tall Asian lad that works there . Serious attitude problem. The owner needs to get rid of him and get rid of him quick
