“I am very happy with the customer service we received at this particular Costa from Katie and Erin. It’s not often to get people serving you with a smile and with patience at this day and age. Not everyone is a regular and, for someone who just arrived in the country, they explained to me that the drink I chose comes with 3 shots but I could opt for less. And I took their advice - best thing I’ve done, it was a very strong Ice Mocha, on point.They went above and beyond and made a difference to a good start of the day!
