Food is nice. Some of the staff could be a bit nicer. Everything seems too much trouble for them. Every time you order they advise that there is a long wait for the food because "he has too many orders".

Staff very attentive ! As soon as u sat down they were there and any passing made sure you were being served ! Had steak pie, chips ,pease and gravy. Pie was packed with tender tasty meat. Lovely chips and good gravy. Great meal for the price ! Excellent value for money. Will be back next visit to Fleetwood ?

Terrible service. There are far to many tables for the cafe to maintain. My wife and mother in law approached the till to be rudely told to take their seats and they'd get served when they can. Acceptable... understand they are busy. I then approach to ask after 20 minutes to be told by the same gentleman the exact same thing... I said it'd had been 20 minutes, and with a poor attitude he basically laughed and said sit down we'll get to you. Waited longer... went again to him seeming more aggressive. There's old people waiting, families, couples etc... Can't comment on the food buy wow terrible service.

Couldn’t get served , went to a table, was dirty . Waitress cleared it . We sat there for 10 minutes waiting to be served. Asked a waitress if we could place our order. She waved her hand and said in a minute. Never came back . This was around around 2-2.30 pm do lunch time rush had gone . Another waitress was going around, we asked her to take our order , she said when she had finished this order. Can only deal with one order at a time . The place was filthy , think you need to employ new staff. We will not return .

Terrible service from the outset. I couldn't even tell you about the quality of the food, because I left before even placing an order. I would give it zero stars, but the option isn't available.I "attended" around the start of 2019. I noticed the cafe upon entering the Market through the main entrance, and decided to see what they had to offer.Whilst looking at the big green menu above the cafe, one member of staff, instead of being either friendly or welcoming, demanded that I moved, because I was "getting in the way of their customers". They weren't even 'busy' at the time, I was more than aware of my surroundings and I would have happily stepped to one side if someone wanted to get past.Sadly, I was intending to be one of said "customers" and could have been a frequent one with better service from the outset. I ended up telling the rest of the family to meet me elsewhere and would never go back here as a result. There's a cafe outside on the "food court" of the market, next to the side road off Adelaide Street, called Cafe Al Fresco. We ended up going there instead. The staff here we extremely welcoming, the service was incredible and they seemed to take a genuine interest in everyone that came towards them. Often scooting from one table to another to check on customers and ask them about their day.We have been frequent visitors there ever since. I would highly recommend that place over this one (sadly they don't have a google review page though).

We had to move 3 times to a different place and we were watched every 5 mins

Really rude older women serving, such an attitude. Women also rufused to honour the special offer of coffee and cake because "it shouldnt have been up". What a mess - so many other option available locally the owner needs to get a grip of the old trouts they employ.

My husband and I paid a visit to this cafe today, while shopping in Fleetwood. Food was very nice lovely and hot could not fault it. What I could fault was the attitude of the people serving, I could see 5 people working there may have been more but 2 of these women their attitude was really awful, they just did not want to be there no smiles and they were rather quite rude, I know it was quite busy but still no excuse for bad attitude, if they don’t want to work in the food business then don’t. While we were there an elderly couple sat down and the gentleman was getting rather irate, they must have been waiting 20 minutes waiting for someone to serve them but no one came, they couldn’t wait any longer so they left, not a way to look after your customers. While a lady was cleaning our table my husband asked for another cup of coffee and she looked absolutely horrified, we couldn’t wait to leave the cafe and we definitely will not be back, shame because the food was really nice just need some new staff.

Great food at reasonable prices. Good selection of cakes and desserts. Staff were efficient at clearing table's. Always busy here on market day's. The cafe is cash only so make sure you have some on you.

Not a good experience the woman was very rude and unprofessional obviously it’s not her business as she would have been more helpful, She could only manage to take one persons order at a time really rubbish if I could give less than one star it be -5 must try harder could do better
