First time we went here it was brilliant the service and food. The last 3 X times there's constantly been an issue and not a smile to be seen. I've always been upbeat and friendly. If there's an issue I'm unaware off I apologise but if there isn't please do let us know what we as customers have done wrong?

I am disabled and went to sit down at a ground level table. I do not look outwardly disabled, and was shout at by the manager for sitting at a table on the ground level. I informed him that I am disabled, I had just come from a visit at the local hospital, and he said I still had to move. Even after I got up and limped away he was still loudly saying to staff that there's nothing wrong with me. Horrible experience and will never be going here again.

Food is lovely - when it’s served!!
Friday afternoon and they stop serving food at 2pm whilst the markets in full swing. The old battle axe serving needs some serious work on her customer service skills, staffing has changed and these new one’s are obnoxious.
The repetitive experience of many customers tells you…. You’re doing it wrong!!
Horrible experience, have returned here many times over the years but that’s probably the last time

Can I just say what an experience this was, one of the ladies had clearly gotten rather inpatient with us trying to decide what to eat. She then avoided us the rest of the time, the food was very questionable on looks as well as taste. They were a cash only place and no receipts where available so no proof of us paying either

Went to this cafe today with my mum, we both ordered scrambled egg on toast. I tasted the egg first and it was awful, my mum asked what was up on telling her the egg wasn't nice, she tastes hers and agreed not nice. I had eaten half a slice of toast while we waited for the waitress to come over. Telling her there was something wrong with the eggs it taste like the milk if off or something, she took our plates away. A few minutes later we hear the chef shout the milk is fresh. Next thing my money is slapped onto the table, a pound short, i can only assume thats because i ate half a slice of toast. no sorry or can we get you anything else. Awful food Awful service
