Food is great but whoever works there needs to make sure the order is complete my brother ordered cheesy chips and it's just chips please make sure you check the orders before sending them out to customers

I put an order in at 5.30 And now it is 8.20 Yeah, and my food still hasn't arrived. I have contacted them a few times and they have said 10 minutes.

We absolutely love laluna we are regular there as the food has never failed. The staff are so understanding when mistakes are made they are corrected in the best manor

Awful service, waited and hour for our food and nothing arrived, when we phoned them they said it wasn’t their problem, didn’t even offer a refund or for it to be re-delivered.
Everything was really good, my only issue is the donnor meat is far too thickly cut , Burgers and pizzas were perfect, delivery was fast took 35 min , will order again definitely but will need the kebab meat a lot thinner next time
