Open 24 hours, petrol/diesel prices are competitive against Asda, also sells some niche US imported food/drinks.I had often used the store due to its convenient location, but unfortunately will not be returning as the store is no longer safe for people who still wish to protect the health & wellbeing of others.Can't give 1 star as it's perfectly fine for the vast majority of people who now feel comfortable in public settings, but personal experience was poor.

Staff hold no accountability, idle and lazy for equipment and machines on site.I reported the cash machine in site as faulty and was told that I had to report it as they held no 'accountability' over the ATM and was told 'I' had to do it myself. I was disgusting to be mugged off by the staff, even though it is on their site and they made no effort on their part to quarantine or place a notice on it. Yours truly has to take ownership of reporting the fault. Visited April 6th 2023, between the hour of 1230 and 1345.I am not all too impressed with the laziness of staff and lack of responsibility.

The people that own this shell also own the shell in Blackpool near the sainsburys so what's their excuse of why this one is 5p a litre dearer than their one in Blackpool. ???? also this one is a lot scruffier than the one in Blackpool.

One star is to much for the attitude of staff members, i washed my car at the jet wash, and i put extra £2 in it when it stopped to rinse the car but the jetwash had stopped working, i had a car full of soap and £2 in the machine, I went into the station and a rude attendant in a blunt manner said its not there machine and nothing to do with them, no customer service did not even offer a couple of buckets of water to rinse my car of, no wonder the machine broke, the state of it, its the most dirty one ive ever seen, the lance leaks and the brush has seen better days years ago, The machine is on your land , you should have some degree of liability when it goes wrong, ill stick to the shell at warton, same machine but clean and fantastic , very very poor service from obnoxious rude macho manThank you for your reply however your link just goes to the shell website with no mention of my complaint or where to put the information that you asked for however it was wednesday afternoon the 28th Sept 2022

Fuel prices have hiked higher than the motorway services at this station. Should be supporting local communities in this situation not ripping them off. One of the staff said the owner said they have no competition so you put your prices up and you can charge what you want. Shocking

been using this garage for about 8 years being its local,went in there this morning,,never again never met staff so rude and unhelpful,had a problem with the card machine had to put the card number in had laeft glasses in car asked the lad at the till if he would read it out for me,he said he isnt there to hold customers hands and if i couldnt see the number i shouldnt be driving,i cannot beleive his attitude i will never fuel up there again management need to have a word with him

Best shell station period. With the best staff you could want. Friendly l. Good banter on a nights shift and of course i work here so they have one of the best chapions they could ask for
