As Costas go it's a good one.

Great place to relax. Really good coffee, snacks/eats are OK, would like to see more Danish pastries. Staff are always friendly. Thoroughly recommend it.

Lovely coffee shop with really friendly staff. Felt very much like a community space and would definitely return to this store when back in the area. Good accessible toilet.Car park is a bit awkward to get into as it’s right next to the traffic lights and can only be accessed from one direction.Wheelchair accessibility: Good accessibility (4/5 stars) - ramp into store, enough space to move around between tables, various seating/table options, good sized toilet with grab rails, friendly and helpful staff. Only negative is that the door into the building is a manual Pull (not automatic) door so some wheelchair users may need assistance with this.

I ordered decaffeinated coffee x 3 to take away, unfortunately when we arrived at our destination none of them were decaffeinated so we couldn't drink them!!!

Nice place but it's a pity that ALL courier drivers don't adhere to the one way system in the car park

Always been a clean and tidy branch. Nice little seating area outside although does overlook a busy road.

Lacked a bit of "joie de Vivre". Person who served us at the counter looked serious. Whether they were short staffed, or it was quiet, not sure. She looked quite anxious. Once we had been served, the 2 staff disappeared in the back( maybe kitchen work?). Young barista seemed happy enough.
