McDonald’s Fulwood.This store does not work in AsdaOr needs some serious management attentionOrdering machines failing. No receipts. No one from a staff perspective seems to be able to match order number to foodOn screen order numbers are wrong. The staff said take no notice of it.One customer in front of me laughed about fast food having waited. 20 mins. Another got home with the wrong order given and nearly fed a cheeseburger to her son who is allergic to cheeseMy own wrap meal had warm coke and soggy wrapIt was horribleI’d waited 20 minutesCome on McDonalds you can do betterBut I’ll be giving you a wide berth from now onWe’re all eating too much ultra-processed food anyway

When fudging your completion scores be sure not to do it to an order from someone who does market research and mystery shopping appraisals on places like yourselves .Please collect order 15 on the screen after a wait . Then staff member comes out and says mc crispy is going to be another 4 mins and the rest of the food is sat there in a bag . Granted it was still hot when got it but are your kpis really that important ??

A lot cheaper than if you get delivered.Lovely staff.Plus you get what you ordered......Clean and prompt service.
Every time I order from here, an item is missed off of my order. While it can be understood that the staff are under pressure being based within Asda itself, a lack of attention to detail when preparing orders seems to be a big problem here. As for the food itself It's ok, not great, but not bad either.
