Went to collect a parcel, woman at counter puts it over headset, staff member behind us filling fridge thinks its ok to ask woman what surname was again, even though hes not getting the parcel, says something i didn't catch, then woman behind counter is trying not to laugh. Guy brings a parcel, and we go as my wife and daughter felt uncomfortable. This is not what i call service

I parked overnight hgv for the 1st time 13/4/2021,the staff the next morning at 5am were brilliant and very helpful,excellent shower,probably the best in the uk for hgv drivers.
