“As usual, I didn't have the time or the patience to order my food & coffee via the machine, so I ordered it at the counter. I was served promptly and very professionally by a young Asian gentleman who totally appreciated my problems with McDonald's automation. He also sorted the App on my phone so that he ensured I'd receive the appropriate points for my manual order.As usual, I ordered a Chicken Mayo & Caramel flavoured latte large, probably one of the cheapest orders he'd taken all day, but I got the same standard of service if I'd spent £100 and not the £4.97!! He couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.Within 5 minutes, I was departing the restaurant with his last pleasant words....Have a nice day!!Parking: I have a blue disabled badge for parking in Disabled areas, and the Skipton franchise has 2 or 3 spots, which I have always been able to use.Kid-friendliness: Well, it's McDonald's and kids are always welcome as 70% of their business probably accounts to kids.”
