Beware of this place !!!! The fries are always cold , no surprise there but they now charge for sauces which is obscene. Can't believe it. I'm never going here again Go to the Tesco nearby and get a meal deal instead.

Delivery did not have items included in the bag, tried phoning to sort this out, no answer... tried to sort out on the app no option for missing items. I had to drive to the mcdonalds to get the missing items.I asked if the phones were working to be told we turn them off when we are taking orders staff were not helpful no apologies offered.Avoid at all costs.

McDonald's is McDonald's. You know what you're getting. The food was good,tasty and warm where in some other McDonald's it's cold. The service was excellent. The restaurant wasn't noisy or even full which was nice.

I ordered, waited nearly 30 mins as they decided to clear it off the screen without making the actual food. I went up to ask where it was as 3 other families got theirs before me who came in afterwards and they went back through the screen and said wiped it off as thought went out. Came out cold. Not returning to this one. Motorway services too

Went here as passing on way to Sheffield wed v Blackburn ( Blackburn fan here ). Stopped for summet to eat, staff were sound, food were better than most maccies I’ve had and it were surprisingly quick2/12/23

Boy this place has gone to the dogs. Constantly getting orders wrong having to wait getting some hot some cold. Young people not knowing what they are doing.
Food not very hot, dirty tables. BEWARE they are charging for sauce now, 10p per pot. Crazy, we spent £50 on food but they want extra for a tub of curry sauce. Their prices are higher than ever and they are still wanting more. Goodbye Macdonald's, I think I will not use them now, pure greed.

As usual, I didn't have the time or the patience to order my food & coffee via the machine, so I ordered it at the counter. I was served promptly and very professionally by a young Asian gentleman who totally appreciated my problems with McDonald's automation. He also sorted the App on my phone so that he ensured I'd receive the appropriate points for my manual order.As usual, I ordered a Chicken Mayo & Caramel flavoured latte large, probably one of the cheapest orders he'd taken all day, but I got the same standard of service if I'd spent £100 and not the £4.97!! He couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.Within 5 minutes, I was departing the restaurant with his last pleasant words....Have a nice day!!Parking: I have a blue disabled badge for parking in Disabled areas, and the Skipton franchise has 2 or 3 spots, which I have always been able to use.Kid-friendliness: Well, it's McDonald's and kids are always welcome as 70% of their business probably accounts to kids.

I would rate -0 star, what a unprofessional service provided also charge for dilivery and service charge but dont seem to diliver your order. Tried contacted direct was either cut off or left hanging no awnser. Very disappointed in your dilivery drivers and your customer service is very poorly. Need improvement BIGTIME!!. Seem to employ anything with legs and arms and no brain. Robbing peoples money through JUSTEAT!! Fraudster mangement how can thay let this slide . Over 30+ review customer not geting order on just eat but thay dont seem to make a effort or take in consideration about missing orders . You all need the sack bye.

I only get the chance to visit this place through drive through late at night after a night shift at local club at baxenden. The staff here always look after to me, especially when I ask for a box of pickles. They go above and beyond and should be recognised for it. Thank you, you lot know I love my pickles and chicken selects ❤️
