Way over priced and to top it off they give u a cheap drink after paying £13 for a meal. I'll never go there again .. cheap products and way over priced . Can't see that shop lasting

Ordered a cheeseburger meal after a few months and was very disappointed. The chips were hard and the burger was not cooked properly. This is a real shame as this takeaway has always been my go to for takeout.

I ordered a regular donor kebab on pitta bread with lettice onion and cucumber also garlic mayo on the side and x4 spicey chicken wings . To say the first time I had a Megabite way over a decade ago, the same person is currently servings and making food ,And surprisingly he's kebab making skills havnt improved either ,with no pride taken in assembling a simple sandwich . Only way of describing the kebab it is 'Dead' ....also chicken wings wer okay . Tbf its seemed petty clean inside and good service .

Waited two and a half hours. Was told they’d been round and saw no lights on which was not true. Asked why they didn’t ring they said they were busy. No apology, no refund, nothing. Food had gone back and sat there. Never again.

Ordered the food to arrive at the property from ordering from a menu but only for them to change the pricing at the door and take the food back ? what a joke. Get from elsewhere

Just ordered a £20 meal and ruined my evening. Would never recommend ordering this place to anyone. Burger bread was rock solid toasted rather than a nice soft bun. Their calzone tastes like raw dough and had absolutely no flavour. Don’t ever try this place waste of your money.
Regardless of food, delivery driver arrived over an hour earlier and was aFlat out rude. Manager on phone was beyond aggressive and threatening, rather than having any good practice in customer service. Actually disgusting behaviour - and a crying shame, as despite some people’s qualms with prices, always been a good quality meal in our previous experiences; though given our most recent one, I can’t in good faith support it any further. Sort your attitudes out and we might consider coming back.

We were looking forward to our kebab and chips for tea , checked menu on line and the same order has increased from around £13.00 to £20.00.Unfortunately that rules it out, not sure how it can be justified, such a shame.
