The only thing I like are the daily wraps for £1.98 and they've stopped doing them so I don't bother anymore , The zinger burgers aren't very spicy anymore.

What a load of garbage, I sometimes wonder if fast food interviews go like thisHi can u mess up and order?Can u make our customers really upset?If the answer to both is yes. YOU GOT THE JOBCos 4 times you have messed up orders and even asked each time can u check and double check and then a manager on the phone called me a liar “I checked that order myself” well treacle I’ve got news for you you need to step down as manager cos you can’t get anything right either!!!!!!!!!!Rant over

It's a KFC and the food is consistent with that, Drive through seems slow sometimes. Staff friendly and bright . Enjoyed my Zinger Tower Burger box meal.

A bit faster than normal lately as more staff in so better. Only problem when gone through drive through no cutlery or napkins given like you used to. Eating beans isn't good without a spoon or fork!

I used my app to place an order to collectThe app charged me and I got a receipt from my back but no order number and ultimately no food...... took me 3 emails, proof of purchase and my bank statement to show the money had been taken.....I had driven 250 miles and just wanted food. No apology, just instructed to wait until money was removed from pending back to my account. When a company loses sight of what it does and who is important it becomes complacent... they just didn't care.
We had a drive through on 2/7/23 it was disgusting when we got home the chicken was very dry and the skin/ coating just dropped off and was tasteless we live quite local and will never be calling there again.

Stopped off for a quick lunch. Drive thrug was slow, even with just 1 car in front. Food was hot and fresh though, so I didn't mind the short wait.
