Been a regular for months with these guys and they’ve messed up my order completely and refused to offer any sort of compensation. Wouldn’t order from here if i was you.

Food is ok since lancaster has no better options!! Delivery too slow it took more than one hour and when I called the restaurant the staff was so rude and said we are busy and if you don’t like it I can cancel the order!!!!! Disrespectful attitude, although the order was not packed yet. Not recommended at all for delivery orders.

Ordered spent nearly £25!!! They got my order wrong I corrected them and they said it was my fault?, then it’s here, opened it and there’s chilli sauce on everything????? No answer. No refund! DISGUSTED. Never again.

I ordered my food at 9:55pm. It said it was going to be here by 11. Its half an hour late and still not here, I could made myself a whole buffet by now. I tried ringing and then they answered but then didn't speak then I rang again and just didn't answer. Very disappointed, won't be ordering again.

Xmas Eve ruined. Cheers guys.I ordered a pizza from Ado's on Lancaster and Morecambe Eats at 6pm-ish on Xmas Eve to arrive 7.45-8pm.It arrived at 8.15 but the order was wrong. My wife is vegetarian and there was pepperoni on the whole pizza, not half as requested.The landline number was "busy" every time I tried and the mobile number doesn't work so I had no choice but to drive down there. When there, I tried the landline number and it was engaged still, despite noone being on it: clearly a purposeful thing.When I explained the situation, the new pizza was cooked correctly. When I requested a refund, I was told to email Morecambe Eats.The point of ordering at 6 for 8 was so we could sit down as a family with my young girls to watch a film on Xmas eve.Instead, I've ended up missing 45 minutes of the film and we're all eating an hour late. Really not ideal but the guy at Ado's didn't seem bothered.

Ordered 3 hours ago delivery time was 20:45. Can’t contact the shop as user busy I’ve tried over 100 times. Can’t get in touch to see where my order is absolute joke of a takeaway.

Nothing better than waiting for over 2hrs just to eat cold pizza and chips, and to casually say sorry and tell me my food is on its way. Don't waste your money or time on this place.
